In my opinion, do not buy from this company unless you want to be ripped off (I have given them multiple chances to refund my purchase in the past week, and the insurance cost they added that I didn't ask for, before posting this) I just get asked the same questions and get looped round again and offered other % back.

This site gives the impression it's some sort of handmade UK boutique (I also didn't realise it's in Hong Kong and the item I received is so poor it's a joke)

I plan to report this far and wide as I don't want others to suffer the same experience.

If I wanted to by rubbish from Shein I would have paid Shein prices - the playsuit was £40 including the insurance I didn't ask for. Avoid!

The clothes are shipped from China take about 1 month to arrive and can’t be returned without you paying the taxes !!

Further to a previous review, I have now received the dress I ordered, 2 weeks late. It is made of a polyester type fabric which means I will never wear it and which I would never have bought if I’d known. But if it had been cotton it would be a nice dress. I’m not going to try to return it given all the comments in the reviews about the difficulties of doing that. I’ll give it to a charity shop and learn the lesson.

Very slow to get the goods received with little acknowledgment. When I tried to track delivery it did not log my tracking number. When the outfit finally arrived it was faulty and of a poor quality. I tried to get a response from customer services about how to return the product and get a refund but no response - seems they got their money and have shut down communication with me which is not acceptable.

I ordered a dress which did not fit when it arrived, so I naively asked for return/refund details, but instead of receiving these they asked me for photographs of the dress and labels which I provided. Then they wanted me to buy something else at a discount from them, as if I would when the service over the first item was so poor. Lastly I have been asked to return the dress to the USA which would make the cost prohibitive and now they are not bothering to contact me at all in spite of my emails.
I would not recomment buying anything at all from this company and the one star rating is too good for them!

I have only ever written one poor review for a company ever and this was Made by Jessica earlier this month - I cannot believe that the poor experience with this company is continuing - I returned the shoddy items at a cost of £30, they arrived on 6th July with the company and they are now ignoring my emails and have not sent my £75 refund!!

I waited weeks for the bikini I ordered on the 3rd July 26 it finally arrived on the 21st, I kept getting emails saying it was on it’s way, when it came it was awful material and smelled of chemicals. The size was not good, the top was huge and bottoms too small. I emailed for a refund and was told after 2 days to take some photos to show what was wrong, also to take photos of myself in the items!!! I did not do this, I have emailed them 3 times and they just keep asking me to send photos to resolve the issue. I have a strong feeling that I will not receive a refund as they send sub standard clothing and then make it impossible to return. They’re also based in Hong Kong! They respond after days in the middle of the night. Do not buy from this company, they are not good!!! 😔

I can not say do not buy from here, because you'll have to make your own decisions, but I can share what it didn't worked for us: the dress was far too small for the large size we bought and we can not send it back because it arrived with no tags or attached labels at all; not to mention that the express delivery was in fact 2 weeks. good luck.

Do NOT order from this scam company. If I coukd give 0 stars I would. The dress I ordered, when it finally arrived, was made of very cheap polyester-like fabric. NOTHING like the pictures on their website. I have asked 4 times for return and refund details ... first AI response from them wanted photos. I sent again requesting return and refund. Then a 15% discount offered on future purchase!!! I refused. Four requests have not resulted in any return details.
Definitely DO NOT buy from this shoddy company. They are a con. I wishnI had seen reviews before falling for their scam.

Advent was clear and accurate. Communication from seller was detailed and updates regular. Material of dress was lovely. Delivery was longer than I hoped.

Do not order from this company! They falsely advertise that a boutique is closing in London due to the owner being pregnant which is a complete lie. I ordered a jacket which took 2 weeks to arrive from China! It was absolutely dreadful quality, I won’t even be putting it into the charity bag as I’m not sure there’s a woman out there who is the shape that this jacket has been stitched into. Despite numerous emails to them, expressing my disgust of being totally mislead, the only recourse that was offered was a refund of 30% or to return the goods, at my own expense, to the USA. I seriously doubt I received an email from a ‘real person’ as the responses reeked of AI. I eventually contacted my credit card company who were absolutely brilliant & after a short investigation have agreed to credit my account. Do not fall foul of this awful company. I just wish I’d done my homework & looked more closely at the numerous reviews on line all expressing the same experience & saved myself from a whole heap of stress!

Personal service and a good choice

Items took weeks to arrive after web site says express delivery.
Now trying to return some items and no response from them.
Don’t use this site, a complete con.

The dress eventually arrived but the small size was several sizes too big. It was too long and the material was awful nust a plastic feel about it. Nothing like the picture advertising these dresses. I have given it to a charity shop! No chance of getting any refund. No returns labels. Just a load of crap from China. Don’t touch it with a barge pole.

sorry Jessica but having previously left you a good review, i can’t avoid sharing my very poor experience with my purchase (which still hasn’t arrived). not sure if the courier is the problem or it is your operation but either way ive not been updated other than by automated messages in response to my queries- most of them haven’t answered my questions and have been inappropriate. if you can nail the blips like this it would be helpful.

Cheap tatt. Made by Jessica is a Hong Kong based company pretending to be London based. The web site is all a lie. The items "did" turn up after 2 weeks but are nothing like the photos. The sizes are totally off, and the quality of the material is shocking. I have cleaning clothes made of better material. There website should be shut down and they should put their energy and time into creating something worth selling. Avoid Avoid Avoid or if your totally stupid and wish to take a chance with these cowboys please please read the small print.

How I wish I had read the reviews of this 'company' before purchasing from them. I ordered a very lovely looking linen dress on the 20th June, expecting it to arrive promptly, due to the impression that the 'company' is in London. This was for an event on 29th June. Lots of emails telling me my order was on it's way. But it did not arrive in time and I finally received it on 8th July. The 'dress' is nothing like the description or photo on the website, having been poorly made and of some rubbish nylon type material. It did not fit either. I have been trying since then to return the item, having sent photo's and other information they required. I just can't get anywhere with them, as they just go around in circles offering different percentages off things I would never want. I feel, like many others that they have conned me and I am very disappointed. I will be taking it further to my bank and trading standards.
