Made In Camelot Reviews

Fantastic company to deal with. Preordered a puzzle game from them and they kept me up to date every step of the way.

Order arrived ahead of schedule and really well packaged

Nice website with quick shipping! What arrived was beautiful, the box was sealed with custom branded box tape and a wax stamped seal. The packing was perfect leaving the game I ordered in immaculate condition. Lovely addition of the warm note and sticker inside the box. What a lovely thing to receive, all the little extra touches made this company stand out from the others. To say this was a nice surprise is an understatement when you consider that I only ordered from Made in Camalot because they were the cheapest for the game I wanted. I will be coming here as a first port of call for all future purchases. A delivery that really made me smile! 🙂

The wrong game was sent out, they did not have another copy of the game to send out until they receive the game back from whoever they sent it to, cancelled my order.

The attention to detail, the fast delivery, the well packaged product.
And I love the dog!!!
Will definitely use again.

I ordered 2 games on a Sunday and they were shipped on the Monday. They arrived beautifully packed. It's clear that MadeInCamelot really care.

They also have games that are very difficult to find, such as Kickstarter editions with bundled upgrade packs.

I highly recommend MadeInCamelot. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Amazing experience, beautifully packaged with a wax seal and a cute gift and personal touches! Fast shipping. Cheapest price I could find for the game I ordered too. Will be recommending to all my friends!

Easy experience. Product was packaged superbly.

Very quick service. Game was in stock here, when hardly anywhere else had it available, and at a very good price. Packaging was lovely, and very secure. Came with a discount code and a sticker!

Hidden gem!
I have found them by mistake really, looking for a game which was expensive in most places. On their website it was a great deal! I ordered it Wednesday evening and by Thursday it was already dispatched! I had issues with delivery, but not their fault.
Very friendly, rapid response, very nice!
I will surely be back!🙂
Very well packaged, love the paper issued for the receipt, they even had a seal on the box! The cutest one ever!💕

So my preorder stock was delayed. Annoying, but it is what it is. But what I can’t stand, is the zero communication that this company delivered, not without me initiating contact first. I wasn’t informed that my order was delayed until I emailed chasing it up. And they never followed up with any contact to give me any information whatsoever outside of that. I don’t care how small the company is, I don’t care if it’s a single person, that is not how you treat your customers. Also passing the blame onto your suppliers is not a good look, accept some responsibility

Great company - really competitive prices on some very hard-to-get games combined with good communications and super-fast delivery

Good choices and prices on website. Good service and delivery. Packaging made our of environmentally friendly materials.
Nice touch with letter and waxxy seal on box.
Great to be able to support a small local business (choice depending on prices and availability for similar product)

Very happy with everything. Well packaged fast delivery

Brilliant from ordering to recieving.everything was handled in a professional manner. The personal touch in this day and age really is an endearing quality.

Excellent online board game store. I ordered four Lacerda games and everything arrived quickly and was exceptionally well packaged. You can really tell they go that little extra mile with their service and attention to detail. Communication was smooth, and the overall buying experience felt very reliable and professional. It’s also one of the few places that consistently offers these high-value, heavy board games at genuinely reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again—highly recommended.

Great shop. Great packaging

Great price, communication on postage was good and packaged well. Very professional with presentation loved it.
Considering this is a small business the experience was top tier I will definitely be ordering again.

Great service, super fast shipping and delivery all at a very competitive price. Would highly recommend
