Beware this is a Chinese based company acting as a company based in London, proceed with caution.

I ordered a Christmas Jumper on 5th December 2025. It ended up being shipped from China, and was delivered somewhere in the UK by Yodel, but not your house. We even checked the picture. We raised this to Madeline support who said they would contact the courier. They never did. Having contacted the courier myself they were not able to help unless the sender raised a case with them. All they could confirm that it was delivered to our address - which I wasn’t, nor any neighbour.

Madeline have since gone silent, and not responding to any emails. They also do not have a phone number to contact them on.

I would strongly avoid this company at all costs if you want them to take you money and end up with nothing for it.

Zero starts if possible. Chinese fake, no returns and at the end no contact. Please avoi avoid avoid !!!!

Keep back from this Company!! Ordered jacket nothing like photo, quality awful. Trying for weeks to return, they won't provide the returns label. They offered free replacement item, or keep & they would send new one. However would not wear the item as its awful. Don't know where to report this as they cannot get away with not accepting returns & leaving customers out of pocket.

I am absolutely shocked by my experience with this company. The dress I received was nothing like the stock photo — it was incredibly ugly, extremely poor quality, and felt like a completely different product. When I reached out for a full refund and asked to return it, I was told my only options were a 10% partial refund or to ship it back to China at my own cost, which would’ve been about the same price as the dress itself.

This feels completely unfair and misleading. I regret trusting this company, and I will never buy from them again. In my opinion, the way they handle returns takes advantage of honest customers. Unbelievable. I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

Bought a dress online after viewing it on social media, when the dress came I tried on the dress looks nothing like I expected, no returns form to return item, when asked for a returns form by email they said it would be a partial refund but still no returns form to send the hideous dress back not happy would like full refund.

The shoes for my wife didnt fit but Lisa from customer service was super kind and helped me right away.
She sent me a new pair for free and I only had to pay a bit for shipping, plus I could keep the wrong size too so gave them to my sister :)
Honestly great experience, really happy with how they handled it.

Avoid,Avoid, Avoid. This is a Chinese company masquerading as a British company. No next day deliveries - stock comes fron China. Can't return without £40 carriage charge.
