Made to Measure Glass Reviews

The toughened glass top to my patio table spontaneously shattered when the colder weather arrived and, encouraged by Trustpilot reviews, I decided to order a replacement from Made to Measure Glass even though I live in Scotland.
The order process is straightforward and takes account of key details such as, in our case, the need for a central circular hole to accommodate a patio umbrella.
Unfortunately, although the replacement arrived quite quickly it was completely shattered! However, I recognise that sometimes things go wrong but what counts is what is done about it. I telephoned immediately and sent them photos of the parcel and they offered to replace it immediately and bring forward the production of the replacement.
Fortunately, the second glass top arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. The delivery driver waited and helped me unpack the glass so that I could check it.
So, despite a small setback this company delivers excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Glass was perfect fit.
Thank you!

Excellent quality glass cut to perfection and finished beautifully. Delivered safely and efficiently.

Easy ordering process with prompt confirmation and fast delivery. Very happy customer !!

Ordered some 8mm tempered glass at 370mmx570mm and it arrived promptly, well packaged, and exactly the measurements requested.

Top notch service and will use again.

Easy to order, product was exactly as ordered and quickly delivered.

This is a collection of individuals who really do understand customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Given the nervousness in sending measurements and spending hundreds of £s on something as yet unseen, these guys ensured confidence at every step. In my opinion, these guys are the best of the best.

Service was great
Really happy to help after I made an error with the glass dimensions
All in all a great service from start to finish
Thank you

Received exactly what asked and paid for.

The website was easy to use. The glass was delivered well packed and in good condition, exactly as requested.

Not only was the glass cut to exactly the required size, the edges were smoothed, thus greatly reducing the possibility of cuts, and stress to the edges.

I have ordered previously and they have always been brilliant, the website is very easy to use. The glass is always well packed and protected. The delivery you are always notified when you can expect it to arrive. They are a five star company. Would definately recomend

Great piece of glass to exact measurements provided; extremely well packaged for delivery. One niggle: after initial email with receipt, no further contact from company until I rang them a week later to be told delivery would the following week. Period ok, no contact to provide delivery date not ok

Exceptional service, glass arrived very well packed and in excellent condition. Fitted perfectly and would highly recommend. We bought 4 pieces of glass for table and unit tops, looks great.

The website was easy to use, but I still had questions. Email responses were immediate and helpful. Great product. Odd delivery to front lawn but that was actually safest place for large glass package. Well wrapped. Reasonable price. I will be using these folks again to protect more wood table tops from wear.

The website was easy to use and order the glass panels I needed. Panels were delivered before expected and packaged really well. Product was very good quality.

I’m really happy with Prad Glass Company! The team was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job, the glass looks beautiful. Great communication and attention to detail — highly recommend them!
