Goods arrived in reasonable time well…
Goods arrived in reasonable time well packaged and protected. Didn't get notification of delivery until a couple of hours on that day so was left by front door as I was out. Also as a person living alone with mobility issues the company told me they couldn't help taking large package upstairs for me it would have taken 2 minutes.

Great product- no communication
The product delivered was exactly as required and packing was very suitable for the nature of the product.
My only issue is that there was no communication from the supplier regarding timescale expectations.
The first communication I received was from the delivery company saying the item would be delivered next day.
A few more emails would have been appreciated.

Easy to order.
The product was exactly what I wanted and was delivered packaged well and in one piece.
The reason I'm giving four rather than five stars is that I never received an order confirmation or any documentation other than a transaction receipt.
As it was a custom piece, for clarity, I would have expected a confirmation email with the exact spec and dimensions I had ordered.
