It is beautiful in hand but when I wear it doesn't stretch enough around my calf (6-99) and I can't pull it up properly and if I force it, the graphics go bad. Return policy isn't customer friendly.... Toon meer

AWFUL..avoid, cheaply made but expensive

AWFUL... first order came with wrong grinch socks so the original design was sent. Socks feel a little stiff. I will update after they have been worn and washed though. I then also ordered 4 wonderland dresses and the quality is SHOCKING. Temu quality at inflated prices and adverts that are misleading. The material is cheap, isn't full like the photos and just looks cheap and tacky. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I ordered on November 30

I ordered on November 30. It is now December 16, and my order still has not shipped. I have been contacted twice after I commented on a FB post and once via a reply to my message in messenger. Each time being told another “story”. First I was told it will process and ship no later than the 12. Then when I messaged, because it in fact did not ship they only created a label with usps, they said they would “reship” (never shipped the first time) and it would be sent overnight. Still nothing has shipped as of yesterday the 15th. The message yesterday they sent in response to my FB comment was “send me your order number and I will check into it”. I did a little digging and the socks I ordered are not even available at this point. This company is full of untruths just to cover themselves. No message back when I told them last night to just stop lying and send me a refund.

A Christmas present no show.

Disappointed. Ordered on 6 December and no sign of my purchase nine days later. Two emails telling me to check back in two days and the order could be expedited and re-sent. No clue why it wasn’t expedited after the first email. Time to buy an alternative Christmas present. It’s really isn’t my job to manage the shipping on my purchase. Could not recommend.

Not one item I ordered was delivered

I ordered 3 pairs of adults socks as Christmas gifts in their buy 2 get 1 free sale. I'm based in the UK and waited two weeks for the delivery, only to open my package to find that not one of the items I had ordered was delivered. In the package, read a note that the items you ordered were out of stock, so we have sent you similar items. They are NOT similar, two item were kids socks, I'd order 3 adult sizes! I am I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. As a first time customer I unfortunately will not be a retuning customer. They've received got two star as their quality of their socks are good. But now I have to waist my time going through a complaints procedure to try and my money back. They shouldn't have accepted my order if the items were out of stock or they should have contacted me before processing my items to ask if I'd be happy with the alternative items to which I would have said no and received an immediate refund.

Wrong items ship

I ordered 3 pairs of socks. When I received my order confirmation, the items were not the ones I had selected. I immediately wrote to customer service to cancel or modify my order. Customer service took nearly 3 weeks to respond, and of course by then they told me it was too late. I asked if it was possible to make an exchange, and they said yes, but at my own expense. Very disappointed!!!

Delivery is overdue

I did my order at 25th November and I was supposed to get the pack in 4 to 10 days. Today is 8 December and I don't know when it will be delivered. There's no information about delivery forecast.

I ordered socks, it’s now over the quoted 8-10 shipping days. When I emailed I got sent the tracking link which gives no expected timeframe. And my questions go unanswered. It seems from the poor reviews this is a company to avoid. Shame…

Still have not received my order!

I placed an order on 11/23/25 and have yet to get my order. I have left 3 voice mails and sent 2 emails and noone has responded to me. I received an email that it was on the way but when i try to track the package, it says it is still awaiting sender to ship. Hopefully someone will respond to this request!!

Unreliable and goods never arrived!

Unreliable - items never received!
I placed an order for Christmas gifts that I needed for an event. They emailed saying the items had been dispatched and I waited patiently. The order should have arrived but when I contacted they very causally replied that the order was lost in transit. It would have been good to have been informed.
I will not order again and do not recommend!

Ordered socks and paid for Priority…

Ordered socks and paid for Priority Express which states next day delivery or 2 days guaranteed. Didn’t happen. I cannot even track the package to get an idea of its location. Still haven’t received the socks. Don’t worry though I guarantee it won’t happen again.

Commande madmia pour plus de 50e!

On ne parlera pas de la qualité ici qui est peut être bonne ou mauvaise tout bonnement prce qu'on ne sait pas.... Après 8 jours la commande à enfin été expédiée selon le mail reçu. Nous sommes en 2025... Le prix des chaussettes est plus que conséquent et ils n'arrivent pas à s'aligner sur les délais de livraison ni même à les respecter ! Une honte

I ordered 5 pairs of socks on August…

I ordered 5 pairs of socks on August 19th and still have not received them. I talked to someone 3 times and was told I should be receiving them . 3 months later and still nothing. Now no one will answer there phone and mailboxes are full . Probably from people complaining. Be careful who you order from !!!

Customer service dies not respond

Placed my First order and a couple hours later my my item decreased in price. They will not pick up their phones and not accepting messages. They also are not answering text Ms. I want a price adjustment on my order 368153. I’m a Tik Tok reviewer and This Is Not a Good beginning with This company. Company responded and explained the discrepancy. Thank you

I have spent some time investigating your order, you received a free pair of socks, free shipping and when we compared the prices, you have actually paid less than the current pricing for each style ordered.

We also responded to your email within 6 hours of it being sent to us.

Since we are an Australian company based in the US, the amount charged is in Australian dollars converted to US dollars which is the price you paid. Due to the currency fluctuations, the prices will vary slightly as the dollar conversion changes.

Absolutely amazing kids’ socks

Absolutely amazing kids’ socks! The quality is top-notch—soft, durable, and super comfortable for active little ones. The designs are fun and colorful, and they actually stay on the feet without slipping. After several washes, they still look brand new. My child loves them, and I’m definitely buying more.
