If you are on the RISE plan and need to upgrade to STAR plan they will charge the FULL amount for the STAR plan - not pro-rated for an upgrade from one plan to another. Some service this is!! 😞 Now looking for other alternatives since not confident whether they will spring another surprise given that their support is super slow and unhelpful.

The Worst website, don't ever Shift to it.
These blo*dy's can't even handle a single release on time, it's been 30 days I released my music and it's still not live, and they are not even responding.

Madverse has failed to honor its payment commitments. After following all their terms and conditions, I was assured my earnings would be paid within 5-7 business days. However, despite multiple follow-ups, they have completely refused to process my rightful earnings. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. Creators, beware before trusting this platform!

i use madverse for first time to release my first ever song and this site release my song to another perosn name on OTT my song is showing on another persons profile even after i have updated all my social media and ott platform name.... after so long time i emailed them them continuously they didnt even respond to my any of emails.. they just took our money and didnt even try to solver customers reviews... if madverse is reading our review your should update your service if your charging from customer your should imporove your men power to help people or upgrade your system

Madvers is IND fraud company. They are blocked my account. Without reason. It's ok. I am sending for take down but they are didn't respond.
I am advise you are good an music 🎶 producer please don't go madvers.

Great platform for artists

I waited a year with all my misery to withdraw the money I had earned. Finally, saying that your documents are not enough, and not giving my money, WhatsApp support just keeps ringing and doesn't answer. They only care about great artists.
They also blocked my account and my pending transaction.

Madverse is an absolute disaster. I released my music for the first time through their Star Plan, and it was the worst experience imaginable. I purchased the plan after watching a YouTuber who constantly promotes this company, but it was a huge mistake. They didn’t even release my track as promised, despite all their flashy claims. The only time they offer any support is when you're ready to purchase a plan—once they’ve got your money, you're on your own. When I wanted to cancel my plan, it was impossible to get proper assistance, and their team became completely unresponsive. To top it off, they refused to issue a refund, even though they didn’t fulfill their basic commitment. It's clear they only care about taking your money. If you're serious about your music, avoid Madverse at all costs!

Madverse Never use . This India fake music distribution. Too many complicated. And coustomer not support. I used 2 month ater I got a mail from madverse your account block. Friends I request that never buy any anual packege from madverse.its afake
