This company is awesome! The scents are great, and even if you don’t have a full blown beard they have cologne, body wash and even tattoo balm! Great costumer service and the packaging is next level. HIGHLEY recommend these guys

Company offers specials for free items but you will not receive the said free item. When you ask about free item, they put the blame on their customers. They are a deceptive company with awful customer service. There's better beard companies out there. Buyers beware.

I've been looking for a decent brand of beard products for a half Decent price for a while. Everything in my local area is rather pricy and is all chemicals and garbage. This brand was around the same price, maybe a little more, and has been excellent. I got my first package today. A sample 3 pack. I tried Fenrir, Odin's Rok, and The Hollow. All three are amazing scents. My wife actually stole The Hollow from me the second we smelled it and called dibs. It's a really nice scent for her. I will definitely be keeping to this brand for a good long while if they keep good products like they have going now.

Well im glad I read the reviews before i tried even harder to find a way to get mad viking product. Turns out it isn't available in canada. Its a shame cause I usually spend on average a few hundred dollars on beard product per order. Even if I could order they dont ship to my address. Honestly after reading the reviews im glad I dodged this bullet. The planted 5* reviews are so obvious.

Ordered an Item that said it was in stock and after payment was told the item was out of stock. Two weeks later: no communication, no update, no product. I had to email them to get an answer that they did not have the product and were awaiting to receive it prior to shipping it out to me. Apparently, they have a long history of selling out of stock items. I requested a refund since it had taking so long, and they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee... wrong. After ignoring my email for 2 days they then shipped the item and told me that if i wanted a refund i had to return it. Why do I have to fix their mistakes for them. Terrible customer service and very shady business practices. There are 2 dozen other companies that make better beard product that will actually get you the product you buy, on time.

I had a frustrating experience with this company regarding a refund for an order I placed in December that was never shipped. Despite numerous phone calls where I was assured that my refund would be processed, it is now mid-February, and I still haven’t received it. The lack of follow-through and communication has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

This company has some of if not the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. First time buying and I bought a wash that I loved but scent wasn’t for me and I contacted customer service and Callie got back to me very fast and shipped me out a different scent no questions asked. The oils feel great and smell great (besides the one scent I didn’t like). Definitely recommend giving this company a shot because they have some killer beard products and the best beard wash I’ve ever used and I’ve tried about 7 that YouTube beard channels said were the best, but I promise you that mad Viking wash is the best and I’m a lifetime customer now and won’t be using any other beard wash.

We can't say enough about the company & their products! Their clothing is super comfortable & high quality. Their beard products make my husband smell amazing and his beard glistens and looks so thick & healthy. I've used their lotions and am in love with their scent "the Orchard" for me &/or hubby and "Dragon's Head" for the hubby. They have always responded quickly to my questions. We've been using their products for about 5 years and there have only been a couple times when a shipment was running behind which was to be expected due to my last-minute Christmas/Valentine's shopping, for which they were fully transparent, communicative, apologetic, and refunded my shipping costs. Only once did we have a broken bottle in our shipment. They promptly refunded the cost + shipping AND sent a replacement. So, they ate it on 2 items even though the damage had happened in shipment, I'm sure. If you have hair or skin on your body, definitely give this one a try!!
