Avoid this company at all cost. Poor delivery window and very poor quality item. Oversized item and came from China - not a London company. Impossible to get a reply to return the item and get a refund. Avoid.

Bought a jumper for Xmas - it took 4 weeks to arrive and was late. Item was terrible quality and not at all like to picture or image and very synthetic and thin - not a jumper at all. I complained got a response of sorry but it will cost you are much as the article to send it back to China we can refund 20% if you keep it. Wanted all my money back as is my UK right. They now wont reply to emails and the site has gone. SCAM - beware

I wish I had read the reviews. Saw a jumper on Instagram. Proceeded to order. 34.95 so wasn't even cheap but what I got can be picked up for 10 quidxat Tesco's. On the website it looks like a 3d jumper with a cat on it. In reality it was just a flat picture on some fleece. Please avoid.

The product which was delivered looked nothing like the photograph. It was overpriced and exceptionally poor quality. It also took a long time to arrive. Would not recommend.

Total scam. If you are unhappy with item have to return to China. So wish I had read reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Item does not match the description, very poor quality, Primark would be ashamed. To try for a refund you need to return to China , with tags, which it does not come with. NOT a UK business at all, reporting to trading standards.
Just avoid at all costs , you will waste your money as I did

Fake company not based in London comes from china was scammed purchased a Christmas jumper received it today it’s just a printed thin plastic material

Absolute scam website, the garment received is the worst quality imaginable.
This took over two weeks to arrive because they are based in China not London as their website falsely states.
The jumper was supposed to have elasticated wrists and embroidery in their photos, but in reality these are actually just printed on!!
You wont get any refunds as the garments don't come with tags so they wont accept them back saying they have been removed. You have been warned!

Still waiting after 2 weeks. Delivery said 3 to 5 working days. Already missed a number of Christmas events. I would not have bought if i had known it was coming from China but as it was more than i would normally spend did not realise it was Chinese.

Do not pay a penny this is a fake site that promises lovely items but sends you rubbish

Christmas jumper took 19 days to arrive, colour not as ordered, fabric not as ordered, the cotton mix is 95% polyester, 5% spandex. I will not wear it, total waste of money. At one stage I asked to cancel and receive a refund, not acknowledged. I understand from other reviews there is no point in returning. I feel stupid and wish I had read reviews before ordering.

Appalling.
Ordered a Christmas jumper on 3 December and keep being stalled about the delivery.
Finally this morning my jumper has arrived and to be fair it is very attractive.

The item I ordered was described as a sweater…it is cheap nylon. The sizing is ridiculous it would fit an elephant. It took 3 weeks to arrive. Avoid at all costs, I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Unfortunately the customer has to pay the return postage which is when you find out you need to return to China, not as the web page describes as a London company. I wish I could give it minus stars…

Cheap China quality clothes. Never buying again. Nothing like in the pictures

Just what everybody else is saying! Avoid at all costs!
I spent £76 with them & it took 4 wks to reach me. Items are cheap nothing like the pictures. They said i cld return them but lose the shipping & handling fee. They remained at customs in China for 3 months & then returned to me (unclaimed) it said on the envelope! I spent £10.65 on a signed for delivery to them so now I'm down £86. Can't believe I fell for this scam

I would give zero stars if I could. Fake company shipping goods from China

Don’t buy from here: the quality is awful and I sent my things back for a refund in February but they are saying they haven’t received it. Looks like it has happened to lots of other people too.

I ordered a ring and earrings from this company which took 4 weeks to arrive. When they came were rubbish quality nothing like shown on website. Have not replied to any emails l sent for refund and info to return. Emails come back server not found. So you will not be able to return goods for refund. Seems others have experienced the same as reviews on here substantiate. Do not buy from them
