MAGIC AI Fitness Mirror Reviews

Great online communication. Fast delivery. Love the mirror, great buy and worth the money

I originally had a very frustrating experience with the delivery process, and I still feel this needs to be highlighted.

I received both an email and text confirming delivery for a specific day, so I stayed in all day waiting. Unfortunately, no one turned up, and there was no communication or update. I then had to chase this myself, only to be told the item hadn’t even been loaded due to a missed text response, which directly contradicted the earlier confirmation.

In the end, the product did arrive, but it was delivered 3 days later than originally promised. The lack of proactive communication and the need to follow things up myself made the whole delivery experience disappointing, especially considering the delivery charge.

That said, the product itself is really good and has definitely improved my overall impression. There’s a dedicated Facebook community where users share tips and setups, including a great recommendation for a TV stand that works perfectly to mount the mirror and neatly store dumbbells underneath, which is a nice touch.

The tracking can be slightly inconsistent at times, particularly when in a seated position, but overall it works well enough. Hopefully, future software updates will continue to improve the tracking accuracy and add further features.

So while the delivery experience let things down, the product itself is strong, and I’m glad I stuck with it in the end.

DO NOT BUY!!!

Due to the very poor experience I’ve had from this company I can only presume the other reviews are fake!

I ordered the mirror, weights and bench on 4th April 2026 ( should have been delivered within 2-5 days). Since then I have had nothing but trouble with this company.
Promising me it will be delivered on a number of occasions. When the delivery day arrives I receive either a phone call or text from Furcedo, to say they have not received all the items from Magic.fit, so are unable to deliver. Magic.fit say they have sent the items to Furcedo. This has been a back and forth issue for the last few weeks.

So please do not waste your time and money on this company!!!!

Fantastic set of mirror, weights and bench. I love them! They have made getting into a routine at home so easy.

For four years, I was exercising regularly but unfortunately due to a new job which I found very stressful I stopped exercising. I needed something to get me back in the swing of things and I saw the Magic Mirror and thought this would be perfect. How right I was whether it’s a short 10 minute strength training session or 45 minutes there is something there for everyone. Beginners, intermediate, advanced, and all areas of the body covered, I haven’t tried the Pilates yet and I think there are things that I can do that haven’t looked into yet. The instructors are all brilliant, really nice people and I look forward to doing my training. Highly recommended you would not regret it.

First off, bought for my wife.

The mirror was delivered 2 days after ordering. Was impressed with the delivery turnaround. Delivered by couriers to room of placement.

Her experience is one of complete satisfaction with this product. So much so, we created a home gym around it.

The variety and intensity of workout is at her beck and call, all in our house. She's been a class junky for years. Now?!she's in control of what she does, when she does it and with the instructor(s) of her choice. Complete with metrics, measured by the product.

Does she miss company? No. The virtual instructor is all the human she needs.

Highly recommend.

Fantastic bit of kit. Makes working out in a fun way really easy.

I struggled to stick to regular exercise routines before the mirror, as I found it too boring at home - but now it’s really varied and I’m keeping to a proper regular program. I’m telling everyone about it and my wife is using the mirror too for her Pilates and Dance. Highly recommend this for everyone. I think it will become a part of all homes one day!!

I’ve been looking to buy some adjustable weights for a while and decide to take the plunge and purchase some from Magic. I so impressed with these , from how comfortable they feel in my hands , to how quick I can re-adjust them in a middle of a workout. They don’t take up to much space which is always a plus . Safe to say they have been a real game changer for me. Will definitely be purchasing a Magic mirror very soon!

I was slightly dubious about ordering the magic mirror but once I had downgraded my gym membership and paid through Klarna ( for the mirror weights and bench) it worked out the same cost.
I have to say I really love having the mirror. There are so many different classes to choose from and all at a time to
Suit you!
I really enjoy the three workouts per week which are tailored to my requirements. Some are only ten minutes but actually you do really work hard in that time! I also really love the monthly challenges. I have had the mirror for 6 weeks I use it three to four times a week for about half hour. I can feel the difference in my core stability and my clothes are not as tight so it does work!
I don’t leave many reviews but the magic mirror I would definitely recommend as an alternative or an add on to a gym membership.

Great service delivered on time, even received a free gift, excellent.
Would definitely recommend, loads of workout from beginners to pros. Easy to set up and control.

Magic AI mirror has been a great investment.
From trying gym memberships and PT’s at home I find the mirror practical for my busy lifestyle.
Easy to follow instructions. And AI corrects the form and % score for feedback.
A good wifi connection helps.
I did a lot of research before buying this mirror. The team were very patient with my numerous questions which were reassuringly answered.

Delivery was by Furdeco - couldnt fault them.

After the purchase I had a query as I wasnt sure if there was a fault in the mirror. No qualms with the company. They didnt wait until the mirror was returned but replaced with a brand new one when collecting thus making it a seamless process.

A great support network which helps with motivation and connecting with other like minded people who all want to stay fit and healthy.

Customer service staff have always been courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

I manage a lot more exercise working out with the mirror than I ever managed at the gym (time spent getting there and back) or PT once a week. Both expensive.

Thank you Magic AI

It is everything you need! So convenient and amazing, It works you out.

I love the Magic Mirror as it is so easy to use with a great support network. You can use 24/7 with a wide variety of different types of exercise with fun, encouraging trainers who guide you all the way.
I am 63 years of age and wish this was about 40 years ago as I was fitter and stronger with two young boys so no chance of a gym membership due to time and money.
Not only is the mirror so practical but it looks stunning even when off and doesn’t look out of place in any room.
It can be free standing, wall mounted or as I have it on a portable tv stand and the base is great to hold my weights.
My Grandchildren call me Grooving Gran and think that I am so with it to have something so sophisticated.

MAGIC WOW!

Seriously best bit of home kit it’s genuinely the best thing ever for anyone wanting an at home gym.
Forget waiting for equipment to use in sweaty gyms, whilst at home you have the freedom to select as and when. A cheeky 15’min session here. Feel the burn in the best way ever. The PT are magicians

What a superb bit of kit!! Haven’t got the time or inclination for the gym so this is perfect and can be tailored to the users age and ability…delivery lads were spot on and ensured everything was as it should be before they left!

I had been looking at this Mirror for months and finally decided to take the plunge and buy one.
I absolutely love it and it means I can exercise whenever I want, plus other members of the family can join in as well as you can have up to 5 people.
I have just invested in a stand to put it on so I can move it to another room in the house for the summer. Would defo recommend!

I love this mirror! Have got off to quite a slow start due to a recent knee op, but now that I have found out how to edit workouts and create my own, am feeling much more positive. Have had a few tracking issues, but they seem to be getting less and may in part have been user error. For someone who is a bit gym phobic, it is a dream, and I am really looking forward to getting more into it as I progress through my rehab. Brilliant concept - thankyou!

The Magic AI mirror is amazing. Easy to set up. Huge range of different classes / instructors. The customer service has been excellent. I love it!!

Had my mirror for approx 8 months. A brilliant piece of kit and it looks fab in my home. Initially I was having some trouble with the WiFi signal/ tracking but that was quickly resolved.
5 star customer support with every staff member I’ve encountered - messages even getting responded to outwith normal office hours. Everyone is always very quick to get back to you and very friendly and keen to help resolve issues. The facebook group and people you meet on there are absolutely brilliant, supportive people. No regrets buying my mirror and the frequent updates and additions of new classes make me feel confident in my purchase.

This has surpassed my expectations and has kept me motivated. Love it and am recommending to all my friends. Had it for 4 weeks and already completed over 30 classes. Fabulous piece of kit.
