An unforgettable adventure with MagicalNepal!

We had an absolutely incredible experience trekking the Manaslu Circuit with MagicalNepal. From start to finish, the organisation was seamless — every detail was handled with care by Saugat and team making the entire journey smooth and stress-free.
The trekking ‘list of things to take’ was also spot on. We had everything we needed to enjoy the trek. Nothing missed out.

Our guide -Ang Jeeva (“AJ”) Sherpa is such a lovely man and a credit to MagicalNepal. Very knowledgeable and always attentive to our comfort and safety particularly watching out for any AMS symptoms but at the same time reassuring us that it was not a worry. He shared fascinating insights about the local culture, landscape, wildlife and traditions even arranging a cup of chai in a local Tibetan home , which made the trek even more meaningful.

A special mention also goes to our porters - Ngima, Nima and Pasang - who were simply amazing — strong, cheerful, and always smiling, even on the toughest climbs. Their positive energy was truly inspiring and made us feel humble carrying all our excess baggage.

The Manaslu Circuit itself is breathtaking — a perfect mix of natural beauty, remote villages, and rewarding challenges particularly heading over the Larkya Pass. Thanks to MagicalNepal, AJ, and our amazing porters we all made it over the pass and down again in one piece.

I can’t recommend them highly enough. if you’re thinking about trekking in Nepal, go to the Manaslu circuit trek and do it with MagicalNepal — you’ll be in the best hands and won’t be disappointed

For my first time doing a trek and my first time in Nepal I couldn’t have been made to feel anymore at home. Everyone at Magic Nepal was amazing but especially our guide Pemba and his brother made it extra special for us. I will definitely be using them again as I hope to come back to Nepal in the future. 10/10 could not recommend Magic Nepal enough.

Langtang Valley is a stunning place that draws you in with its varied landscapes as you make your way through the lower gorge, to the valley opening and on to the high altitude valley head at the village of Kyanjin Gompa at 3870 meters. Starting at Syabrubesi you climb nearly 1000 meters through the beautiful, hot and verdant bamboo and sub-tropical rainforest to Lama Hotel. A stunning riverside setting of quaint teahouses.

The trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (another 1000 meters of ascent) is incredible as you catch your first glimpses of the high, snow capped mountain tops, through the verdant forest, a personal highlight.

Finally, you continue to rise to Kyanjin Gompa surrounded by jaw-droppingly gorgeous high peaks, glaciers and lakes framed against picture perfect blue skies.

Weaving your way up the gorge and through to the valley you pass many teahouses, villages and communities who always welcome you with a broad smile, a motivating wave and an enthusiastic “namaste”. Beautifully warm and encouraging people to match a beautiful place.

Our trekking guide was Pemba, and our porter Kailash. A dynamic duo of un-ending support, professionalism, encouragement, motivation and enthusiasm. Pemba’s skill and knowledge was so informative adding immensely to our trek. His attention to detail was impeccable and his planning made every day, and element of the trek, right from our hotel pick up to the final drop off in Kathmandu completely hassle free. Most importantly of all though we simply enjoyed spending our time with our new friends Pemba and Kailash.

I found Magical Nepal and Saugat through the research I had completed when considering a trek in Nepal, the reviews of their company and experiences of others. I am so happy I did. What a delight to plan my families trek with Magical Nepal and Saugat. So responsive and easy to communicate with and so professional and helpful at every turn, question or query. An absolute joy. I felt I was in the hands of enthusiastic professionals whose sole ambition was to ensure my families trek was an experience of a lifetime with memories to match.

From my first communication with Saugat and Magical Nepal, through to the days in Langtang Valley spent with Pemba and Kailash I have had the most joyous and memorable time that they, Magical Nepal, have enabled me to share with my family. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Magical Nepal to anyone wanting to trek in Nepal. I certainly will be trekking in Nepal again and will 100% be looking forward to sharing that experience with my new friends at Magical Nepal.

I did the Manaslu Circuit trek with Magical Nepal in May 2025. It was my third trekking visit to Nepal and easily the most enjoyable. Magical Nepal were highly professional throughout the pre-trip planning and our guide, Narayan, was very knowledgable, extremely friendly and a lot of fun to hang out with. I would not hesitate to book with Magical Nepal again, and would ask specifically for Narayan!

We arranged our Tsum Valley trek trough Magical Nepal. The contact with this agency was fast, friendly and reliable. We met with the manager shortly after our arrival to Kathmandu and felt in safe hands. Our guide, Ajaya was very experienced, from the local area and a great guy to share this wonderful trekking tour with. His respect and knowledge of the people and the valley was impressing and brought us in close contact with the community and nature.
