Wouldn't waste your time
Wouldn't waste your time. Won a wee bit from £1 spins when I first Joined which got me into this site but since then put in a crazy amount of money and haven't won a single thing since. You will pay and deposit and play and deposit and it just never pays out. There's much better sites out there. Also it restarts your game when you're in the middle of playing.

Do not waste your money or time! They added a £5 bonus which carried a 30x wagering requirement to my account during my game play session without informing me. I deposited 165 pounds and finally won off my own money deposited. They confiscated my funds as a wagering requirement despite the fact that I had not use their money at all. When escalated to the rewards team, instead of accepting responsibility for their wrong They offered me £50 and kept my £275. I was a member of this site for 8 years deposited over £57k during the 8 years and I have read stories such as mine, honestly ignored them thinking it was not real but I garuntee you it is very real. They are thieves! They will steal your money and there is absolutely nothing that can be done once they have taken your money. They do not apologise and they do not care how much you have spent on their site. They do not care about customers and have zero loyalty. They break their own terms and conditions but expect customers to follow their rules. I have never had one bad word to sag about this site until I experienced this myself. Gambling is down to luck however, when a customer finally wins it is not admirable of a casino to confiscated their winings rather than accepting wrong apologising and honouring that customers winngs. As a consumer in 2023 you demonstrated that you have zero intentions to own up to the faults and errors of your site and teams incompetence which is a shame. Everyone, please I urge you stay clear of this site.spend your money elsewhere as you do not deserve to experience what I did.
Do not send me any scripted apologies as you are a thief and one day you will be caught and punished for the illegal activities on your site.

Made a £400 withdrawal and within 10 mins my account is blocked for verification, even though I've had a previous withdrawal. Already waited the 72 hours for this check to take place and been advised it can take another 48 hours. Logged a complaint but cant speak to anyone in complaints team, just people in customer service with poor english

Signed up and deposited £10 promotion was matched deposit +50 free spins...did not receive promotion and when I went on live chat they said they couldn't find promotion so nothing they could do...I explained the reason most people deposit money on these sites is for the promotion they use these to draw people in...the fishin frenzy promotion was on Facebook I was then asked to provide proof via screenshot which is ridiculous i explained the advert took me straight to your site and it excepted promo code FISH ....this is fraudulent advertising steer well away from this company they didn't even try and resolve or offer another promotion shocking

This is my second bad review. I thought I'd give this site a chance to redeem itself after playing 2000 pound without a win. Yesterday.
But turns out iv played another 1000 today. I had a feature on every game but not one of them was over 12 quid.

Magical vegas is a good casino to play if playing just for fun. They do pay out very quickly if you get a win. Unfortunately recently they have experienced some technical issues which they are looking to resolve and I'm positive they will do their very best.
