I don't think I need to add to the long tale of woes that this site brings !!!! I am just so incenced at the crashing .....the balance going missing.....the loss of a withdrawal.....need i go on !!!! Needs investigating further

Do not use this site. Keeps coming up internal error. It kicks you off the site an if you try and get back on it says site down or may have moved to another permanent website.
All well an good but mid game!!! Not happy

First off all was very surprised how fast my withdrawal pay out was ;-) I won on 2 occasions quite good wins aswell on both deposits I don't do the free spins or bonus on sign up as wagering can be a nightmare and if win can end up with nothing which is where I think alot people go wrong.. when depositing with bonus.. try it with out always works for me

Basically jack and Beth are robbing scum.. u can deposit without a hick up.. want to withdraw or win and collect. The site crashes. Horrible people really.

Playing a slot and midway through a bonus the game crashed. when I refreshed to start again as I have on all other sites, the bonus was no longer there, neither was the money I had already won. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone, no response on live chat and no response to email. Straight away thinking scam after wagering a lot of money

I have won money on this site and it pays out very quickly so no waiting around for withdrawals to be pending and approved. The only thing I find is that it constantly looses connection with the internet and I spend more time logging back in than actually playing. Some games it doesn’t connect to at all so sometimes very limited to what you can play. I have never received a response from this site after posting this review.

Good game choice but most games dont work for some reason then says currently unavailable. So the game that I could play were boring. No features and hardly any wins out of 70 pound. Also when trying to get back on website google and internet explorer kept saying bad request. Not for me I'm afraid.

Im abroad on holiday and just received a notification your webpage taken £500 from my Business debit card.
I never heard or used your webpage or games, and never gave my details!
And my card with me abroad.

My bank started an investigation but I just hope there is someone on your end who wanna help.

I joined Magical Vegas a couple months ago, but didn't actually play until last night. I loved the site, played my favourite games (I love Slingo :) If I have winnings above my initial deposit, I will withdraw my initial deposit, play with my winnings & I'll then stop playing once that's gone. This way I'm controlling my spend. The site explains that some banks will receive payouts immediately while others pay out between 1-3 working days. I'm very happy to say I received my withdrawals today, with no problems this morning. I have just one irk, I'd like to receive an email when you make withdrawals so I can file it in my 'Bingo email file' but I can certainly live without it! LOL Great, very impressed, I can't understand why some people seem to have issues!

Edit...just as I suspected, the answer they have given proved their bonuses are worth diddly squat.... be warned everyone...they have the following clause deep within the ts& cs...never known this before, but you live &learn....

Had the same experience as below. After spending a fair amount of my own money I played my £10 bonus, waging requirements £2400. Won decent amounts with balance getting up to £800, as expected balance going down quickly as soon as getting near the waging requirements, but I knew I would still end up with at least £350 to bank after the waging requirements were completed at this rate. As soon as I hit the £2400 spent my balance dropped from £390 down to £51...so they've stolen £340 of my winnings! I've emailed but going by below all I expect I will get is a robot response on here and my email ignored!

I have won and withdrawn £600 but nothing has come to my account instead my deposit amount has been taken and now the web page won’t even open and can’t even log in I need my money

I signed up and deposited and won a decent amount playing video poker and withdrew it with no problems. I had an imposed limit in place and was happy with that.
Once they noticed I wasn't looking to play it all back they started with free bets and spins etc which I ignored. I then had an e-mail saying they've changed their deposit limit policy and that I needed to set my own.
Through choice I decided to play more and use what I had won. I then won more and not surprisingly they used the responsible gambling excuse to suspend my account even though I've replied to their e-mail stating I am happy and don't have a problem. I now can't log in and they have £4,500 of winnings and not answering at all. Absolutely rip off and scammers. Just wish I had read these reviews first. Please stay away.

Been on magic Vegas for a while self excluded myself for 3 months because I was on a bad run myself exclusion was up magic Vegas sent me a email saying come and spin bonus wheel and get a bonus deposit £20 so I did I won £5 on bonus wheel I lost my £20 so played with £5 bonus which I had to stake £500 for the £5 bonus which I did I had £380 odd pound left when I did my100 times wagering for the £5 soon as I hit the £500 it took my £380 plus money I had in my account and put me £30 in I had put £20 in cash so I ended up £10 but had had to gamble £500 for the £5 bonus bet how can you win tryed speaking on line to see what was happening started in queue at number 2 40 mins later number 2 so tryed ring 0800 30 minutes no reply dodgey as hell site don’t waste your money and magic vegas don’t send me a automated message like you do trying to cover your rip of site £500 for a £5 bonus then pay me £30 JOKE

Joined and won on my first game. Withdrew funds which said funds withdrawn successfully. When it hits my bank I will upgrade to 5 stars. On another note there are a lot of popular games on the site

I have nether been so cheated out of money by any on line site as I have this on . Lighting roulette can times your number by up to 500x so for every £1 you place you get £500 back . But magic vagas do not like you to win .
Rejecting your bets when your number x100 . Taking money out of your balance as they feel free . I have an email saying they no they owe me £163 that they taken out of my account by mistake but are not paying it back
I would stay away from this company. The ball stops between to numbers and they pay on the one that’s not x up .
They are the worst company iv played with on line

It's a spam company. I receive postal mail to an old address (forwarded on to my new address) at which I've not lived for 4 years. I started receiving this mail about 6 months ago.
What a waste of paper, the environment and what a disgusting practice to dig up addresses which must be from some unknown database that people clearly didn't know they signed up for somewhere from over 4 years ago and start spamming people. I assume this also includes addicts that without warning will start to receive mail through their door, which is probably very difficult to ignore.
