Fake instagram front shop
I saw an ad on instagram of their products. it appeared as the perfect gift for my friend’s birthday (middle of july) who is a big Hello Kitty fan. I was very excited to receive the notification of parcel delivery by Evri. The surprise was that the “proof of delivery” photo did not match my flat’s entrance/door, nor any in the entire building. I contacted Evri and they replied that ‘proof of delivery’ is their “evidence” and that i should contact the sender. Then i contacted the store, and they said they solely rely on that photo as the “proof”. I explained that it does not match any flat in that building/address, and that i checked the address code and that i provided the correct one. Both Evri and the Shop kept me in endless loop. Now it is more than two months later and no resolution whatsoever. I just realised that this shop is just one of those flashy fake fronts on social media. Be careful out there fellow shoppers!!!
