We have just booked our special holiday with Cheryl, she has been amazing, so helpful, reassuring, and very, very patient as we tried different ways to look at costings, party of 7 with 3 different households... Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book. Thankyou Cheryl for being so lovely.

​I recently subscribed to the Magicbricks Gold Plan to list my Industrial /Gala Premises in Vasai East for rent, hoping for a direct owner-to-tenant connection. My experience has been a complete waste of money and a total lack of service.
​Aside from "test" inquiries from my own relatives, I have received zero genuine leads. Instead, I am constantly bombarded with messages from Magicbricks promoting properties posted by Agents and Brokers. When my relatives tried searching specifically for "Owner Listed" properties, the platform's interface repeatedly and forcefully pushed Agent listings.
​It seems the platform is hand-in-glove with the broker community, defeating the very purpose of an "Owner-Direct" listing. I am extremely disappointed with this deficiency of service. Save your money—this platform prioritizes agents over independent owners. I am giving '0' ratings for this platform

I would like to say a huge thank you to Krista Taylor-Kemp. She took my call yesterday when I was extremely stressed about not receiving my documents and having no information about my upcoming Disney break, with travel just two days away.

Krista went above and beyond to help me — she followed up via email, reassured me throughout, and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted.

Cheryl at magic breaks really helped include everything we wanted. She was very consistent at responding quickly and very transparent.

TERRIBLE

I booked a holiday to Paris with them and requested a change of hotel.. First they quoted an extra £980, then £1300 then said it was full and wont give me a refund as that is the only hotel I want to stay at. They cant fulfill my request so I should be given money back. I will be taking to court

This is our second Disney trip we’ve booked with magic breaks, everything went perfectly the first time, but all very smooth with the private transfers too. We had Cheryl helping us, and she has been amazing through it with both bookings, so helpful, friendly and quick to respond. Our second trip is next year and I feel completely relaxed about it as I know it all went so well last year. Would 100% recommend magic breaks for the ease of booking your Disney trip.

I had a lovely travel agent called Victoria Riley, she was absolutely fantastic at sorting my holiday out for me. She even waited for my annual leave to be accepted, got my quote and information. Kept me in the loop, was very quick at responding to my emails. I genuinely believe she is one of the best there are at magic breaks. This is the 2nd time booking through magic breaks and its so easy.

We recently booked our family holiday to Disney World Florida through Magic Breaks, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough—especially Cheryl, who has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Cheryl has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted as a family. She was incredibly patient, responsive, and knowledgeable, guiding us through all the options and making the whole process stress-free.

What really stood out was how hard she worked to secure us an amazing deal. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants to get them the best possible experience for their budget. Thanks to Cheryl, we’ve ended up with a fantastic holiday that we’re all really excited about.

If you’re thinking about booking a Disney trip, I’d highly recommend asking for Cheryl—she’s a real credit to Magic Breaks!

So simple and easy to navigate- made the whole process really exciting and positive for our upcoming trip, really put the magic into it!

I had booked a holiday with magic breaks but unfortunately needed to change the dates. Yanina dealt with my issues professionally and quickly. I was enquiring about a lot of different dates and she went above and beyond to help me get it all sorted in no time at all. This website offered all we needed for a great package holiday to Disneyland Paris and I liked it was all together and that you can pay deposit and rest in instalments. It was so quick, easy to book and browse all different options for a holiday package either with or without extras ect.
