Yes, I have successfully withdrawn from this account before. I never claimed otherwise. But that is completely irrelevant to the issue. Whether my account was net positive or negative does not change the fact that I was unable to withdraw when the KYC requirement was triggered.

You say my country was listed as restricted in the Terms and Conditions, and therefore it was my responsibility to know. Fair enough — but that does not explain why I was still allowed to register, deposit, and use the service normally. Other betting sites clearly identify restricted countries and prevent customers from depositing in the first place.

You also say my balance was zero. Yes, it was — because after contacting support, I was told that I could not withdraw. Knowing there was no way to withdraw the remaining funds, I used the balance instead of leaving it locked in the account. Presenting the zero balance without explaining why it became zero is misleading.

Most importantly, your response does not actually address my main complaint. Instead of addressing why a restricted-country customer was allowed to deposit and use the platform normally, you have focused on my previous withdrawals, my overall account history, and the eventual account balance.

This is not about whether I won or lost. It is about how the restriction was handled.

If you do not accept customers from a particular country, that should be made clear before accepting their deposits, not only when they attempt to withdraw.

I acknowledge the facts you mentioned. They simply do not change the issue I raised.

I received an email with a 101% boost promotion stating no wagering and I keep what I win, but when I logged in there was a 101% bonus with a 1× wagering and 5× deposit withdraw. I was asked to send multiple screenshot showing time and date and the discrepancy, which I did, and they still disputed the email I was sent. I was told there is always a 1x wager and never said anything to me after I argued the fact that keeping what I win does not mean 5× deposit withdraw. That is false advertisement. Also, I was able to provide proof of this, and they still argued and basically said they couldn't help me and told me to have a good day. I asked to speak to a human and was told they were, but how do i really know that. They do not hold up on their end and validate the promotions they send out. Also, I find it very unproffesional to argue with a customer when a customer is always right especially when they have provided solid evidence of a company's mistake and proof that my argument was valid. I am entitled to receive the promotion they offered me with 0 wagering and a 0 withdraw limit with a 101% boost. Now, they can keep their promotions because they lost my business, so they are losing money, which obviously they are not concerned with.
