ordered from Senegal, West Africa, a camera bag. came in perfect condition and packaging. it's really genuine leather. the bag feels tough and i't's spacious while not being too bulky. shipping was very fast, came earlier than the estimated time through FedEx.
overall it really was a perfect buying experience and the product is very high quality.

I ordered the City Backpack (navy) and even had it customized. I was a little skeptical of the quality of the bag so I reached out and they assured me of the manufacturing process so I purchased the bag not expecting much to be honest. This bag has exceeded my expectations, the leather feels genuine, the design and craftsmanship are amazing. I have no true complaints so yes, I would recommend the bag to anyone looking for genuine leather bags.

Got matching bags for me and my wife as an anniversary gift. Had some complicated delivery requirements and the team were quick to respond and went above and beyond to get them to us! Thanks guys, rare to see good customer service these days!

On the first look the product seems to be nice. I bought it as a gift, so I can't give any further reviews here. However, the customer service is very poor or virtually non-existent. The order stated that there were no additional costs such as customs or delivery costs, but I have now been submitted an invoice from FedEx for customs, import sales tax and a service charge, other than the information on their website and order processing. According to their information all corresponding taxes are paid and no further payments are needed in connection with the order. Beyond that, I did not receive any feedback on my request by e-mail. This leaves a very bad impression, which is why I cannot recommend mahileather.
UPDATE: Contrary to feedback from mahileather, I continue to receive reminders and debt collection threats from FedEx 2 months later.
UPDATE_2: You seem to confusing me with another buyer, because you have so far neither responded to my emails nor settled or reimbursed me for FedEx claims. My order number is #35933.
UPDATE_3: After my last update, mahileather admitted their mistake, but, contrary to their promise, did not reimburse the costs interpreted. So take into account the possible additional costs of delivery from India, contrary to the false statement made by mahileather.

I recently ordered The City Backpack, a Classic Wash Bag, and a Passport Cover as a special 50th birthday gift. I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase! The quality of the leather is fantastic, the craftsmanship is beautiful, and the personalized details made the gift even more special.

It is rare to find a company with such high-quality products that also genuinely cares about its customers and stands by its policies. I highly recommend MAHI Leather and will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Genuine hand crafted leather travel bag set arrived in about a week. Customized quality present was so excited to gift to my dad for his special birthday. Definitely worth the price. Looks way more expensive!

Known MAHI for a while now, ever since my husband got the Columbus bag. It’s only gotten better with age and keeps bringing me back for more leather goods.

The 5 stars, though, are as much for their amazing after-sales service. My bag arrived with misaligned pockets, and Camilla from the MAHI team immediately arranged a replacement. The original bag? One child of Malaysia is now happily enjoying it. ❤️

What I don't like about this product is that it's too short I'm 6 ft 2 250 lb and it is a very snug my knees constantly get wet because the apron is short this is for little people only if you're a big person don't bother it's too tight.

Great customer service and on-time delivery for the holidays. The leather was very supple and it smelled great. My son took it with him to Japan a week ago. Folded up nicely in his bag and he was proud to bring it out in front of his friends. Highly recommended!

I recently bought a stunning hide bag from MAHI leather. There was a small problem with the lining. I emailed MAHI leather to make them aware of my issue. Their customer service was excellent. I sent a video of the problem, they reviewed it and then sent a replacement bag. I couldn’t recommend them more as a company and their products are gorgeous. Problems happen in business, it’s how they are resolved that is important. 10/10 MAHI Leather.

Found Mahi Leather while looking for someone to make a custom engraved portfolio for a gift. Decided on which one I wanted to purchase and sent the artwork over. They provided a mock-up of how it would look, which was exactly what I had envisioned. Communication was always within 24 hours. The portfolio was shipped in a timely manner and received within 5 days of shipping via FedEx. Very pleased with the service and finished product.

I had to contact customer care on a couple of occasions for minor questions, and I was really impressed with the great quality of their service. It was the most positive customer experience I have had in a long time. Other companies should take note.
