I’ve never had such a great experience with customer service anywhere. Several months before I had purchased my first sleeping brown bunny, I had seen it while I was pregnant. We weren’t able to get it at the time and we lost our little one. I finally was able to bring my first bun home a few weeks ago. Not a week later, one of my cats ate his poor little foot. My cat is fine and I stitched up the bunny’s stump. Money was tight and we weren’t in a place to get another. I went ahead and contacted the Maileg team to see if they’d be willing to send me a swatch of the fabric so I could repair the bun I had. Instead they chose to send me a new bunny with a hand written note. Both now are with us and are a great comfort. Thank you Maileg team, these bunnies mean so much to us! Thank you thank you thank you!

My almost 4 year old granddaughter loves playing with her "Mouse house" which she does every day. I ordered a baby mouse with carrier and high chair as she has been asking for more mice for her family. The mouse is darling and all items appear to be well made to stand up to a small child's use.
