I can only agree with all the other excellent reviews here, the best internet company I have ever had dealings with, seriously. Easy to use and if there is a problem with deliverability they act quickly via support ticket, they moved me to another IP for sending and resolved the problem within a few hours so we are back to pretty much zero bounces again. Thoroughly Recommended

As a student on the free plan, I struggled with other email providers rejecting my upgrade requests. However, Maileroo accepted my proposal almost immediately, allowing me to send more emails. When I reached out to their support team with a question and a request for a higher sending limit, I received a helpful response within minutes—and they even increased my limit! Exceptional service and support. Absolutely love it!

I was blown away by the customer support of Maileroo. I signed up for a free tier of their service because I had a client with simple but specific needs and it seemed like a perfect fit. However, since I was new to setting any of this up, the entire process was a learning curve for me.
Maileroo helped me every step of the way by giving me detailed step-by-step instructions to get everything set up the way I needed.

Wide application of the email service, emails are always delivered, they do not go into spam. Large selection of payment methods, technical support at the highest level, they do everything in their power to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Maileroo improves its services, now I see they have even introduced marketing emails. Amazing, I support it with all my heart.

I've been through a number of mail services over the last few years and maileroo is a standout for me. Everything about it. The underlying service is great, the architecture is solid and its super reliable and delivery is fast. As well as that the UX for the interface is also really well crafted making it a pleasure to use. Beyond that the service levels are superb, fast and useful. Lastly, the price point is superb. Can't remember how I found out about Maileroo, but I decided to try it out. After about two weeks, I moved all my transactional mail from Postmark and MXRoute to Maileroo.
Absolutely amazing service and it is so so so easy to use.

I really like it. It is a new service, so there is always the possibility that as it grows, it might deteriorate over time, but my experience so far has been exceptional. The instructions for adding domains are clear and easy to follow, domain verification after adding the correct DNS records is very fast, the emails are sent promptly, and so far none of them have ended up in spam folders.
The customer service has been excellent, and the app itself is fast and well-organized, but it still needs some work to reach the level of other more famous platforms and become more feature-rich and user-friendly.

Really impressed with Maileroo having switched the majority of transactional emails (websites and Make.com automations) from Amazon SES. Set up is simple and the dashboard is easy to navigate with access to all the info required. Above all, the support is outstanding, with quick turnaround and clear, accurate information to enable problem solving. Highly recommended!

I'm not a techie person or programmer, and this is my first time using an SMTP server. I was having some issues setting up one of my tools with maileroo's SMTP servers. A quick support chat inquiry led me to one of the co-founders who spent about an hour with me to solve my issue. In the end, it was all my own human error. We were able to fix the issue, but the best thing about the whole experience was how patient and pleasant Areeb was. Just a really great experience, especially for someone like me who isn't a developer or IT specialist.
I'll also add that maileroo has one of the cleanest and elegant UI's. Even though I'm not experienced with SMTP and mail protocols, the platform is simple enough for someone like me to understand. Loved this experience!
