Service was great and the item was as expected for tom ford

Terrible experience. Brought a dress for £400 and it came worse quality than something from Shien for £3. Figured out how to send it back after very delayed answers on WhatsApp and then was charged for delivery costs for a dress that came awful and now near the standard suggested.

The garment was excellent and delivered quickly. However it was sent in a huge box, the size of a small wardrobe and I had to pay an extra charge to the courier for an oversized box. The paperwork that came with it was from Bruno Cucinelli (I bought Sunspel) and the overcoat was crumpled in the bottom of the box like a rag. Right product, wrong service.

Quality and fast delivery, but it will be better if free delivery like another high end brands, delivery fee here a bit expensive too

Everything about shopping with Maison 49 is wonderful.
Staff are super friendly and know their merchandise.
If items are not a 100% perfect fit, they use a local tailor who, in my experience, does a great job, at a keen price! (Ive has a dress and trousers altered!)

I bought flip flops from this company,however they are a bit thin on the sole , on the website it did not show a side view of the item,which was a bit misleading,but as they weren’t too expensive I kept them.The shipping cost at £12 is a bit in the high side- Royal Mail 48 tracked only costs £3-4 and arrives just as quick.They should give you a choice of shipping methods not just the expensive option.

Fast delivery and top brands. Return and exchange process was fast aswell without any fuss.
