I wouldn't even give them one star I've tried for 3 days to get a return address to return a pair of poor quality shoes that are not fit to be worn bucky doesn't work quality is terrible, I've sent 8 email still waiting on a reply I've now contacted my credit card company and they are raising a desperate on my behalf please don't buy anything from this company

Scam Chinese company. About two years ago I bought a dress exactly the same online as is adverised by this scam company from China. In the end I wrote to the Chinese Embassy to complain and Trading Standards. This is not a French fashion company as it tries to present itself. The dress is made of appalling material and looks cheap and disgusting and nothing like to picture which states its original price was £2239! They are having laugh. Controls need to be implemented on these particular Chinese companies. So many Cinese goods can be good so it brings shame upon the nation that these companies exist and are allowed to get away with their thieving and lies.

I already wrote a review here to warn people about this dreadful crowd and their awful clothes and the blocks to returning and receiving a full refund but when I read other people’s comments here I decided to go through my bank. Uploaded photos of everything and revolut resolved it in 24 hours. Full refund and I did not have to pay the exorbitant cost of returning the horrible dress. So pleased. So do the same.

This company cannot possibly improve.They are a complete and utter dreadful scam and really should not be allowed to trade.
I think they use AI to send messages as their emails are in perfect, grammatical English and sound professional. This is what fools people.
It would be wonderful if these appalling scammers were brought to justice and prevented from trading.

DREADFUL AND MISLEADING. Oh, how I wish that I had read the reviews about this company before purchasing a very misleading, misrepresented dress. Advertised as 'luxury' and reduced by over 50%, I fell foul of this company. The dress, when it eventually arrived, was cheap, nylon-like fabric badly finished with threads hanging from most seams. It arrived scrunched up in a small plastic bag and not a label in sight. It didn't fit and only loosely resembled the advertised dress I had ordered. I emailed as per the returns instructions to say I was not happy and would be returning the dress for a full refund. The website said full refund if not happy and no questions asked. There then followed any number of emails back and forth where their support team wanted photos of the dress and packaging, tried to offer me a 15% refund, then a 35% refund and then an exchange followed by a 75% store credit note. No offer of a full refund or a returns address given. Their refund policy is a joke. Their goods are not fit for purpose and their returns policy is not honoured. I only got my money back after opening up a dispute through my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

For a start this company should not be allowed to trade. Absolute rip off, my dress arrived today. I wish I had read your reviews before buying from this website. Dress is definitely not lightweight linen, material is horrible, nothing like the picture. I have emailed asking for a return address and would like a refund. So its false advertising and they are ripping people off. Shocking 😲

bought three dresses as they were advertised as linen - were they heck! Polyester- plastic. I pointed out the law - illegal to advertise as linen if there is not 75% linen in it; a return-shipping address in China, which is also illegal as the company is purportedly based in the Netherlands, in the EU. Wouldn't budge. Charge back via the bank and have now been refunded. There is a number of these companies in the Netherlands and in the UK - so watch out. It helped I made screenshots of the description, as the description has now changed from 'linen' to 'light-weight fabric'.

Oh bloody hell wish I'd read the reviews too!! The dresses do look gorgeous...but not linen apparently as is suggested...gawd what a rip off. I've mailed them 3 times now...no response. The tracking info hasn't changed from the day I bought ita week ago. How soon can I make a CHARGEBACK ??? Disappointing to say the least..I honestly though I was buying from a company in the Netherlands...

Can't believe I was so taken in. Ordered a XS striped midi dress apparently reduced from £234.95 to £69.95. I should have smelt a rat! Made of shoddy cheap acrylic and shaped like a sack it would have fitted a size 14 but badly. A patchwork knit sweater looked lovely on the website but turned out to be a cheap imitation thing with printed sleeves and cuffs. Knitwear it certainly wasn't! Absolutely awful! Trying to return but getting fobbed off already. Would have been almost funny if it hadn't cost so much.

Good came after a delay. They were not suitable- fabric, colour. I wrote to them as required by the return policy and then engaged in many emails . They wanted to know why i wanted to return the goods, then take photos and then they kept offering discount rather than returns. I stuck to my requirement for a full refund. I was then told the British warehouse was being renovated. In each email they were 'concerned' that any refund would take weeks and that I should not ask my credit card provider to become involved as that would be a delay of some months. I did go to my credit card provider and my money has been refunded to my account within 10 days. I still have the goods and am happy to pay for postage to a British address but not the Australian one they wanted me to send it too! Advice- find your clothes elsewhere!

I wish I’d read the trustpilot reviews before I purchased my dress. It was badly made, didn’t fit anywhere, cheap material. Trying to return it has been a nightmare. Maison vaison have made several offers to try to stop me returning the dress, latest keep dress and I’ll get a 35% refund. I have finally got a return address - in AUSTRALIA! BUT only after I’d pointed out the legal requirements including cooling off period. This company should not be allowed to trade in UK.

The same dress on Maison Vaison is on another web site at less than half their price. But saying that the same dress is not true to size or good qua;lity.
Beware .

What a terrible experience shopping with this company, don’t use them as none of the clothing is sized and they just send anything,
Also it’s impossible to get a return or refund all they offer is 25 percent .
Never ever again the clothes are very very poorly made looks nice on web site but don’t be fooled

A friend of mine ordered two dresses from this website and kindly included one for me in the same order. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.

The first issue arose when the parcel was returned to the company while in transit due to packaging problems. While delays can happen, it then took an additional weeks for the order to finally arrive.

When my dress did arrive, it looked nothing like the product shown online. The color, sleeves, and design were completely different from what was advertised. The sizing was way off.

Trying to arrange a return was equally frustrating. After numerous emails requesting the necessary return details, I received little support. Eventually, I felt forced to accept a 40% refund. The company claimed their UK warehouse was “under renovation” and that returns had to be sent internationally at the customer’s expense—costing around $30 or more, with long processing times. While they offered 75% store credit as an alternative, I declined, as I have no intention of ordering from them again.

I still have not received my refund!!!

Overall, this experience felt very misleading and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this site to avoid it and not allow them scam you.

Reading these reviews l had the same experience with a so called linen dress, l will also add that although they have an address in the Netherlands you will be returning the goods to China. Also shipping to door is approx 3 weeks. Kept refusing the partial refund and told them l am doing a CHARGE BACK from my bank. Very easy to do and the money was back in my bank within 7 days.

Buyer beware .. I bought a dress for €65 , it’s totally not what it was supposed to be , then went to return item ..
and was told they would offer me a25% refund & I could keep the item , I refused the 25% refund then I was offered a35% refund .. I continued to refuse ..
they replied I’ll have to send back to south Australia as their warehouse in the uk is undergoing renovations , & sometimes it may cost me (the customer ) more ,as they require a tracking number & that cost more in the post …

It’s a scam

Worst company ever. I ordered 2 dresses that were supposed to be linen and they came and were cheap polyester and see through. I requested a refund and they asked for a reason after 3 days. I told them and they haven't responded.

I've opened a dispute with my bank and got my money back but terrible seller.

Very poor quality items and will not accept a return to the address it came from in the Netherlands I told them I am sending the parcel back and I will report them to the regulatory authorities if I do not get a refund

One of the worst online shopping return and Refund is I possible I sent over 20 email to get refund they keep on rejecting it's over one month finally they offer 100% shop credit but it not allowing me to complete the order.
Please don't use them.

Disaster, bordering on fraud.

I bought a dress for €68, which was supposedly linen, but it's actually polyester! I completely forgot to check customer reviews.

I had read the return policy, which stated: "30-day money-back guarantee, 100% full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your item for a full refund, no questions asked."
I wanted to return the item, BUT after more than 20 emails, they offered me the option of keeping the dress and receiving either a 75% credit or a 35% refund.
Avoid this company, which lies about the quality of its products and doesn't honor its stated return policy.
