I purchased a clock from Maison White, had an issue with it, they requested a video to show the issue, helped me to upload a large file and then sent out a replacement immediately, I have to say their customer service is excellent 👌 Would definitely purchase from them again.

Fantastic customer service!
Recently bought a lamp from Maison White which unfortunately turned out to be faulty. Contacted the company and was really impressed with the speed of reply and subsequent processing of refund. Great company to deal with. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company! I have been trying to find these certain jelly cats everywhere and couldn't until I stumbled across Maison White. They had amazing contact and constantly sent emails with updates on my order progress and delivery was extremely quick. The jelly cats themselves were in absolutely perfect condition and the packaging was lovely. Could not be more over the moon! Will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you so much!

Le Toy Van Dolls House Laundry Set
Gorgeous little laundry set and my 3 year old granddaughter loves it. A great addition to her dolls house. It would have been good if the washing machine door opened, but still very well designed and good quality. The only downside is she pulled the little pegs apart, and the metal springs could then become dangerous, so we've taken them away until she is older. Overall a lovely little set.

I thought I would never get an Emma Bridgewater Union Jack tray unless I paid a ridiculous price on e-Bay
But they turned up here at a reasonable price and it was delivered within 3 days

Buyer beware
Buyer beware, returns within 14 days not applicable to all items. When you read maison whites return policy it is misleading, as items not returnable are listed a long way past the statement above. I just saw the returns acceptable within fourteen days.
Bed linen is not returnable. Was accused of getting duvet cover out of packaging when all i did was open the packaging to feel the material as unable to do that from seeing a picture on internet. The item was still in packaging , which would have been impossible to repack had I done what they suggested and I had emailed them twice prior to return as requested, but had no reply until they received item back when they then returned it to me as they said it had been opened. On the upside delivery good
Will not be using this firm again

I am sorry you feel this way. But it is clear in many locations i.e the product page, in our terms and conditions, on the returns page and on the product itself (it clearly states... no return if label broken). Bedding is returnable as long as it has NOT been opened, but you had opened it fully and attempted to "repack" it. It was not returned in its original new and sealed condition. It wasn't just a case of you opening the packet and feeling the fabric.
We have images of how you returned the product and these were sent to you.

Fab prices for really lovely products! Customer service was a little cold so looked on here to see if anyone else thought the same, I then saw some of the one star reviews and their replies, it made me laugh, clearly they have to deal with some very annoying customers, so I don’t really blame their unadulterated responses!! I normally don’t bother to leave a review, but I actually really appreciate a company that give as good as they get when it comes to people unfairly poorly reviewing! I’d recommend Maison White, they’re a small company which I didn’t realise, also Royal Mail are to blame for 90% of their 1 star reviews!

Bad quality and bad customer service
The two products (Jellycat Aubergine) I bought are of bad quality (with pictures as evidence). Maison asked for a return. But they only issued a partial refund and asked me to pay for the postage of return. The customer service kept emphasizing that they had not encountered customer complaints before and my shopping experience was an outlier. After returning, Maison did not accept that the products were bad. I feel uncomfortable with this shopping experience

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with your purchase. You claimed the items were faulty, you sent images that did not show faults of three items, we explained you could return and we would inspect. We inspected and found no faults. You decided to only return 2 items.
Your claims
The first Aubergine leaves are crooked. And a lot of holes.
The second Aubergine leaves are crooked, with one hole.
The third Aubergine leaves are crooked, with some holes.
They are stuffed soft toys - the leaves are hand sewn to the product, unfortunately what you felt was crooked is actually normal (not 2 are the same). The holes, were not holes, but from stitching/manufacturing, which is normal.
