Construction in the room next door to me I woke up to hammering 4 times management offered me a downgraded room and were extremely rude and they don’t care for your needs at all. Food is awful entertainment was even worse why have 3/4 buildings adult only and then have the minute amount of day time entertainment all in the family friendly pool.
The hotel smelt awful and I had bugs and ants in my room, for an expensive holiday I’ve left feeling utterly disgusted and would recommend no one goes here as if you do have a problem management do not care enough to resolve it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Magestic Elegance, Costa Mujeres, Mexico and I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was as a solo traveler. This resort, located just 30 kilometers north of Cancun in the serene Costa Mujeres area, is truly a gem.

I stayed in the "Club" section, which is adults-only, providing a perfect escape for those seeking tranquility and a touch of sophistication. The Club section was nothing short of amazing – the rooms were spacious with a hot tub on the terrace, and the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing me to relax and rejuvenate completely.

The resort itself is fully all-inclusive, beautifully designed, with numerous restaurants offering a variety of culinary delights. Whether you’re in the mood for Mexican cuisine, Italian specialties, Japanese Hibachi or fresh seafood, there’s something to satisfy every palate. The many pools with swim-up bars were a highlight, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and fun in the sun.

The resort offers daily activities and evening entertainment, ensuring there is never a dull moment. Whether it was participating in water sports, enjoying live music, or simply relaxing on the pristine beach, there was always something to do.

What really set my stay apart was the exceptional service and the amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

A special shoutout to Victor at the Tiki bar, whose warm welcome made me feel right at home. He not only improved my Spanish with his friendly conversations but also kept everyone laughing and having a great time.

Leal at the infinity pool bar was another standout. His great company and fantastic drinks made my afternoons by the pool truly enjoyable.

Salas at the main lobby bar ran the offering like a true pro - he was always super busy, making sure your glass was never empty.

Then there was Jesus from the entertainment crew, who ensured everyone had a fantastic time with his lively personality and engaging activities.

Breakfast at "Il Bottaccio" was always a delightful start to my day, thanks to Marisol. Her happy smile and cheerful chats were the perfect morning pick-me-up.

On the beach, Cauich was incredible, always attentive and bringing me drinks throughout the day, making sure I was well-hydrated and relaxed.

And of course, I can’t forget Chris, my butler during my stay. He was phenomenal, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was flawless. From arranging activities to handling special requests, Chris’s attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction was truly impressive.

In summary, Magestic Elegance, Costa Mujeres exceeded all my expectations. The combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and outstanding staff made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway. I met some amazing people and I will definitely be returning!

The overall ambiance of the resort was great, but I have to be honest, we weren't happy with our room. The room had a modern look but had an old smell that we couldn't put our finger on. As I looked deeper into the details of the room, I started seeing cracks in the ceiling and in the walls, and small water stains. I could NOT believe that a resort of this caliber would be having such issues, especially when the cost of staying here isn't cheap! The only reason I gave this resort 3 stars is because the staff was AMAZING!!! But if it weren't for the staff and the resort activities then I'm not sure if they would have gotten 3 stars!!!

Loved the whole stay. Everything in it's amazing. Beach,pool,staff. It's all great. Stay here, the best resort in the carribean.

I have been therere 4 times (last one was from 5th january to 13th january) and never been disappointed.
Wonderful resort, very tasteful food with great variety, wonderful beach and spectacual sea.
Excellent people working there.
Hope to be there for the fifth time next year.
