I was reluctant at first to speak with an "AI" agent, but in reality, this is much better than not having my call answered or it going offshore. I hate having to drive down to the pharmacy just to be told it's not ready, and I don't always get through on the phone, so this service is much better, especially as we have multiple family members with lots of prescriptions.
