6s as a collective unit boasts a lot of knowledge and experience - and it's apparent they have been adding staff members with expertise in different areas to provide more guidance and feedback to their clients. I think the reporting can be a bit more flushed out, IE, have the raw data as a 'last page' sort of thing and have most of the report interpreting the data in simple layman's terms. They always respond efficiently and are able to answer any questions I have in a timely manner.
