I have sent two personalized baby gift from Makaboo and have been really happy with the product and the experience. The ordering was fast and easy, there were plenty of personalization choices, plenty of nice quality gifts to choose from and the first family to receive the gift I sent loved it (I just sent the second one a few days ago). Makaboo's customer service is fast, personable and I was able to correspond with a real person! The second gift I sent disappeared after the post office claims to have delivered it and Makaboo's customer service representative quickly explained how she was going to fix the problem and followed through! i highly recommend using this company for your own personalization and for gifts.

I love Makaboo items. We have started a tradition in our family of giving new children a blanket embroidered with their name. We have tried several different companies, but have found Makaboo's material quality and their speed of delivery are the best. I would *highly* recommend them to anyone.

The selection and order process was great. I did not see the actual gift because I sent it to my niece for the new baby, but she sent a picture of it with the baby and it looked very cute.

Product was as described and received it very fast.

I was blown away by my experience with Makaboo. I had ordered a monogrammed blanket for my goddaughter's christening, but, true to form, I left it to the last minute. The standard turnaround for the blanket was already pretty quick, but I sent a note to customer service to see if there was any way to expedite the order (even offering to pay extra for expedited shipping, etc.). I received a response that night from Megan saying that they could embroider and ship my order the next day! They kept me totally up to date as the order was processed and shipped, and I got it with time to spare. They were totally professional and friendly from start to finish, it was truly a pleasure. And the blanket? Absolutely perfect.

Great product and company--this is my "go to" new baby gift. Good selection, cute items, good quality, monogram option to make it personalized. Excellent customer service--I recently entered the wrong delivery address and they were able to make the correction without any fuss. Highly recommend.

Only good things to say about Makaboo. They had a great selection of Angel Dear products and did a beautiful job on the embroidery. Our items shipped and arrived faster than we anticipated. Would definitely recommend!
