Delivery should’ve been yesterday, waited home all day. Nothing. Out for delivery today, due between 15.21 - 17.21. Nothing. They just turned off the tracker and went home. Chat shuts @5pm which is useless. Not even so much as a phone call from the driver - £15 next day delivery charge, now entering the weekend on day 5 without my blinds. Need to use a more reliable delivery company.

These guys really saved my bacon, I needed custom blinds quickly and Mark organised it over the bank holiday weekend to have the factory expedite my order, he went above and beyond and they were manufactured on the Tuesday shiped at 5:00 p.m. and arrived at 7:30 a.m. on the Wednesday morning... just in time for me to travel to the property to get them fitted.
Moving house is incredibly stressful and Mark removed all the stress from this part of the process, the blinds I wanted were on sale, so my order was excellent value and yet I was treated like a valued customer throughout.
Now they are fitted they are the perfect sizes and I'm very impressed with the quality and ease of installation.
I couldn't be happier so I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody who needs custom blinds at reasonable prices, and importantly, impeccable customer service. Something I value just as much as everything else.

Joshua the customer service man I asked for help from was so helpful and courteous. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Nothing was too much trouble. My request was dealt with by Joshua who went to a lot of trouble on my behalf and came to a very satisfactory conclusion.
Followed the measuring instructions on…
Followed the measuring instructions on their website for the Clic fit blinds, ordered the size of visible glass between the gaskets/seal. When we received the Clic fit blinds and tried to fit one by following their fitting instructions, we discovered they do not fit because they aren't wide enough. Tried getting hold of customer support on live chat was told to email, did not receive a reply, sent another email, did not receive a reply, so tried the live chat again and was told to be patient and rest assured they will provide assistance as soon as they can. After 5 days of no response, not even we have you email and will get back to you asap, I decided to ring them, spoke to a person called Tim, who basically lied to me, said he would reply to email after the call, and he would call the factory to see why all my blinds were 4mm narrower than I ordered and also asked me to send pictures of the the brackets fitted and with the blinds attached to make sure I was fitting them correctly, he never replied to the email. So I tried to the live chat again and spoke to Marc, who told me Tim would try and ring me Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, he didn't. Finally after 12 days I receive a reply from Joshua, saying "I have taken a look at the website and we state there is a 4mm manufacturing tolerance on all our products. This is a legal tolerance for all made to measure products." I don't think they understand what tolerance means. No offer of help on how I can fit my blinds as they aren't wide enough, just if I can provide evidence of the size of the blinds by taking pictures they can review it internally. Also we paid for the measuresure cover, I would not recommend anyone buying it as it doesn't cover anything, even though it says "Measuring for your blinds is easy with our helpful guides and videos - but mistakes can happen!"
Terrible experience, £500 out of pocket and stuck with blinds that don't fit as they instructions say they should.

It arrived quickly and had a minor but annoying fault with a mark on it. I emailed customer service where Amy helped me out. She was great got details of what had happened and was immediately on to finding a solution. She contacted the factory team and they were happy to remake the product straight away and apologised for the inconvenience. Will definitely be using for all the future blinds and telling my pals. Thanks!

Make my blinds saved the day.
I had made a right blunder on my order of 3 blinds ie 200mm too short on each. I was way passed the cut off time for alterations but Make My Blinds pulled the stops out and saved the day for me. I’m so very grateful and have no hesitation in recommending them. The quality is superb as this is second lot I have ordered from them and so easy to install

they take you money but then...
they take you money but then...? nothing. after 3 days, nothing. no response on the telephone, no response on the webchat...nothing. Wish I'd ordered with one of their competitors who promised to ship in 24 hours...
Have upgraded from 1* as i did in fact eventually manage to get through on the webchat. But there are no excuses for not answering the phone, and their response makes no mention of the fact they don't bother to man their phone lines.
As for delivery times, if they had made it obvious when I might expect to see my blinds before I'd paid (like, say, Amazon do on every order), I might not had pressed the pay button, or I would have looked for someone who might be able to deliver more quickly, as time is an issue for me. It might not be for others. If they really want to manage people's expectations and avoid irritating paying customers, then being super-clear about delivery waits would be better. But I'm guessing they would worry it might put people off?

Ordered 3 times and 2 of the 3…
Ordered 3 times and 2 of the 3 experiences have been bad:
First issue: blinds made too big for space and after back and forth agreed to re-make them. I had to chase for 5 weeks and eventually they delivered *plot twist* the same faulty blinds.
Second issue: automatic blinds controller doesn't work and looks like it was designed in the 90's

Great quality and great customer service
I have ordered 5 blinds from this company, they are great quality.
The directions and instructions were easy to follow and I was able to install them on my own.
I did come across a few user issues where I needed advice however these were swiftly sorted out.
Aftercare is brilliant, one of my blinds became damaged and when I contacted make my blinds to see if they could help they sent out replacement parts asking if I was happy to do the repairs, which I was and I did.
I would like to give Kate a special mention, her customer service is second to none.

Poor products and awful customer service
Had to use this company due to the trusted company I usually use being unable to provide the size I needed for one blind. Had 3 blinds delivered ALL faulty. The turning wheels do not tighten whatsoever so they do not stay hung over. The overall manufacturing is poor with the glue still being liquid form on the ends. The weighted poles at the bottom of the blinds are secured in so as soon as you move the blinds they slide out. Contacted Mark at customer services who has still not sorted out my issues and has since ignored my emails including the videos he requested. I live alone in a flat that now has no blinds in the main room with everything on display which is not safe at all. Truly disappointed that I wasted nearly £200

Issue Remedied
I had a poor experience with SureCover initially, but after some push, the team contacted me and fixed the issue.
The Irish phone numebr on the website seems fake, and the team were not responsive at the start, but once they get onto the issue, it does get resolved.
Quality-wise, the blinds are nice but the bottom inserts could benefit from end caps (I have that on blinds from another company), so could be a great inprovement to make these look super high end.

Excellent customer service by Paul!
I came across this company when looking online for blinds and comparing prices. This company came out with the lowest price for the blind we needed. We received our blind in good time, with comms along the way letting us know when it would be delivered. The quality of the blinds are great and looked great and were easy to install. There was a slight issue with one of the cords which we only noticed when installed. This didn’t affect the use. I contacted make my blinds by email and called them the too. I spoke with Paul who was amazing, Paul looked through my query whilst I was on the phone and discussed the photos I sent. Paul then let me know what he was going to do and gave me a clear time frame, also explaining he would be out of office for a few days but would still help resolve my issue. I then received a notification 3 days later telling me that a new replacement blind would be delivered, with Paul confirming this by email. Paul’s customer service was great and personable and honestly wowed me! I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this company and will definitely use them again, for the great quality of the blinds and the great customer service. Thanks again!

Unfortunately had a very dismal…
Unfortunately had a very dismal service, my order eventually turned up after almost a month, that was only because I had to track the courier depot myself. After apparently 11 missed deliveries later, I gave up and googled the postcode of DX courier services and drove a 29 mile round trip to get the blinds myself, after weeks and weeks of e mails and tracking conversations not to mention lost income ,having taken loads of time off work to recive numerous so called missed deliveries,it turned out that make my blinds had an address label of which had no identity ,and never existed!! When I asked for a refund, as I had no blinds at that point,I was advised once dispatched ,its not down to them,even though they appointed the delivery service. I initially held DX responsible, but having got to the bottom of the situation, it was plain to see it was definitely not the fault of the courier and the blame solely lays with make my blinds admin . Ive since had no response after numerous e mails to make my blinds, asking have I had my goods as they claimed the goods were delivered, I simply responded " no not delivered but collection in person " ive still had no response. Bottom line is,the blinds were ok for the money,however its cost me a heck of a lot more in lost revenue and fuel having to collect myself. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. Very disappointed customer here and any further business will not be put your way!!
