Parfait. D’habitude je ne laisse pas d’avis mais je m’étais renseigné avant de passer commande et met cet avis pour rehausser les étranges mauvaises notes. Service client très réactif (réponds dans les 24h) et à sûr répondre à mes demandes.
Pour le point du vue technique j’ai envoyé mes cartes comme il était recommandé du point de vue taille en 300 DPi et l’impression et les cartes sont magnifiques. Livraison très rapide, même avec la moins cher, reçu en une dizaine de jours. Bravo et merci.

You cannot upload an image to their confusing website. No matter what size I pick it loads it too large and says "Low Resolution". When you reach out to them for help they tell you to just upload what it says and did not address the issue and then accused me of violating copyrights.

This company is operating a highly questionable pricing scheme that deliberately overcharges customers through a manipulated currency conversion system. Specifically, they apply a 1:1 conversion rate between USD and EUR, regardless of the actual exchange rate. Prices are originally set in USD, but if your shipping address is within the EU, the website automatically and forcibly converts the amount to EUR using this false parity—without giving you the option to select your preferred currency at checkout.

To illustrate: if the production cost is $1,000 USD, the system charges you €1,000 EUR. As of current rates, €1,000 equals approximately $1,095 USD—an unjustified markup that serves no purpose other than to extract extra money from the customer. The same dishonest practice applies to shipping costs.

Attempts to address this with customer service are futile. Their responses are dismissive, vague, and riddled with made-up “administration costs” and excuses that quickly fall apart under basic scrutiny. I requested to pay in USD—they refused. I then asked to pay in EUR, but at the correct, market-based conversion rate—they again refused.

This is not a transparent business practice. It is a systematic, enforced overcharge masked as a currency policy, and consumers should be fully aware of what they are signing up for. Proceed with extreme caution.

Good quality products but overpriced and shipping is godawful expensive. Youdont even get free shipping with large orders.

I ordered 1 deck of 108 cards
The website said that there might be misprints, but i was supprised with 108 perfect prints 10/10 centering and high quality colours

The worst! I made an order in early January with an estimated time of January 23rd or 29th the order was $47 with shipping of $14 that included tracking. Well
its now February no order AND no tracking number. I'm no expert but if there's no tracking number I guess they didn't even ship it yet. If you want to throw away your money or watch it burn this is for you.

The experience i had with this company for my first two orders was great. Everything was perfect. The third order, however, went VERY badly. The cards were misprinted despite the same card files being used for a previous order which was printed perfectly. When I told them this, the guy blamed me for the error... Horrendous customer service and they would not replace the misprinted cards. Do not deal with this company if you value customer service or are risking a decent amount of capital with your order for your business.

I just received the cards I ordered, it took only 7 days to get delivered in Canada. Way faster than estimated.

Quality is amazing, very very satisfied. They gave me some 5 star costumer service, the bleeding was bad on some cards and they contacted me to help figure it out.

You'll realise that reviews vary from good to bad. Made my first order and it went smoothly. However, when it goes bad, it's really bad, which explains the difference. My second order was delayed for more than 2 months and disappeared, and customer service was slow and unhelpful. I needed to pay for replacements and express shipping without getting even refunded for the original product, which means they have scammed me double the cost for merely one order which is delayed for months. If you can take the risk, so be it. Absolutely terrible. Use them for nothing important.

I came to leave a 5 star review and I was baffled at the amount of 1 stars on here. My experience was flawless. I had some design questions and they assisted. I did go for pricey options which as I only ordered 1 was a sting. Very high quality though and exactly as imaged. It would be nice to see a discount or sale where I could purchase again but other than that all great from me, even a loyalty reward for being a past customer.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon expérience d'achat sur ce site. J'ai commandé un jeu de tarot pastel qui m'avait séduite par les belles couleurs affichées sur les photos de vente. Malgré un prix déjà élevé et des frais de port assez conséquents, j'ai décidé de passer commande. Je précise d'ailleurs que pour ce tarif, il n'y avait ni vraie boîte ni livret inclus, ce qui est déjà limite.

À la réception du jeu, j'ai été totalement consternée. Les couleurs du jeu que j'ai reçu sont complètement délavées et n'ont rien à voir avec celles, vives et attrayantes, qui étaient montrées sur les photos du site. Le jeu est franchement peu engageant et ne donne pas du tout envie de jouer avec, alors que je m'attendais à un pastel délicat et lumineux. La réalité est tout autre : c'est terne et fade, une vraie déception !

J'ai contacté le service client pour faire une réclamation et leur réponse a été encore plus choquante. On m'a répondu que la photo avait été mise en ligne par le créateur du jeu et qu'ils n'en étaient pas responsables. De plus, on m'a clairement fait comprendre que c'était un jeu pastel et que si je voulais de "plus belles" couleurs, je n'avais qu'à choisir un autre produit. C'est inadmissible et absolument pas professionnel !

Je déconseille vivement ce site à quiconque souhaite éviter de jeter son argent par la fenêtre. Aucun sérieux, aucune responsabilité, et des produits qui ne correspondent pas du tout à ce qui est annoncé. Très mauvaise expérience !

Made a couple of orders that were time sensitive so i made them over a month in advance.

they are still processing the order and i needed them for this last weekend so now they are useless.

The other order has never gotten to me because they screwed up the address and now they are lost.

No telephone to talk to someone
No refund on their mistakes

ZERO customer service and NOT a quality product. I created a deck and while the process was pretty easy, the finished product is crap. The edges of the cards started getting bent and dog-eared after the first couple of uses! I tried contacting the company and never heard back from them. I would not recommend this company and I will find someone else to produce my card deck.

I think these guys might be a scam. Emailed them with a very simple enquiry about some inconsistencies in their service and the responses I got were absolutely baffling. Looking at some of the other reviews on here I will definitely be ordering my decks elsewhere.

I'm glad I didn't come read any of the negative reviews before I ordered from them because my experience has been nothing but positive. I was able to see a clear proof of my order, asked customer service questions that were promptly answered, and my orders (I've done two now) both arrived early and looked great. Colors are spot-on, card quality is high. I will definitely order from them again.

I bought the 2.48"×3.46" (63×88mm) (90 Cards)Card Stock: (S33) Superior Smooth pack. Was interested in testing out a new commander deck for magic the gathering and didn't want to spend too much. Absolutely cannot complain about how they turned out, the cards felt very very close to the real thing, it was hard to tell from the look and feel that they weren't official cards, I placed my order May 30th with the slowest shipping option, It was completed and shipped by June 9th and Arrived by June 12th (estimated delivery was June 12th - 18th so it arrived at the earliest estimated date)(shipped to Southern California).

I see a lot of negative reviews over people doing very large scale orders for thousands or tens of thousands of cards, and maybe the site does have issues with those massive bulk orders, no idea about that, but if you want some proxy's for magic the gathering or whatever game your playing, just a few decks or something like that, these guys are legit and you get good quality for the price. Other Proxy site's I've seen charge significantly more.

I will say even the cheapest shipping option was pretty expensive ~($12) so if you want to do what I did, maybe get a group of friends to all pick out a deck or just get a few for yourself at once, but even with that shipping price included, my order was less than half the cost it would have been on a site my friend showed me that was marketed specifically towards MTG Proxy's.

This is not the fastest company, but considering that they print the product themselves first, it was not bad... a month, and their communication updates were very good. The product I received is beautiful, good quality. I will definitely buy from them again.

Malgré des péripéties d'envoi qui n'est absolument pas de leur faute mais celle de mon service postal j'ai reçu mes commandes et j'ai été pleinement satisfaite de la qualité des services et notamment du service communication de make playing card mon interlocuteur Crystal répondait rapidement à mes mails et je tenais à le remercier pour son professionnalisme et son sérieux...et pour cela je recommande vivement ce site

Not a great experience thus far. I ordered 1 (one) deck on my initial order - a test run. It was good. Product was good but very odorous (chemicals). So then I ordered 50 more decks. Then the problems began. First I received an email requesting my SSN. Naturally, I ignored it. Then a week later, I received a threatening email basically stating that if I don't provide SSN then their just going to sit on it. Wow! It wasn't a requirement on my first order. I've basically just wasted a bunch of time and money with these people.

I’m surprised how many negative reviews there acc are because mine arrived way before the expected date (I’m in the UK) and they came literally perfect. The only thing I would change is the process of making the cards as I did 150 custom cards against humanity for my friendship group and the making of them was slightly tedious so I messed up the position of the text on a couple of them. Still worthy of the 5stars tho imo
