They are running a scam center, selling used broken products. Their customer service is inferior, and rude. People like Narender should be replaced with educated and professional individuals. BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS

Missing and different items
Later not even listening about missing and wrong items and doesn't resolve any issues.

Selling defective items and fake items. I got both defective not working items and low quality fake copy products which are not original. They return policy is also absurd, they refuse any returns unless we had a video of unboxing their package which i did not know and now i am stuck with defective products and fake knockoffs i cannot return, please de-rank them and remove them from google.

I ordered one diy spot welder which has pre assembled pcb and other components to go but i received a empty pcb instead of a pre assembled one. Contacted over phone and by mail with photos. They didn't understand anything and just refused to give a replacement

I ordered few items for my son's project. Had forwarded all the videos asked by thier staff.few items were not working and one of the items was in pathatic condition and one item was missing. inspite of sending video no respone from them I’m very dissatisfied with their resolution- defective products and blaming the customer is not right

Maker bazar is the best platform for purchase the all electronics items such moudle sensor motor DIY Projects kits etc ...i always trust the makerbazar products .

I order a product prepaid but I not found my product or money. Totally making fool .

Stay away from Makerbazar. No refunds. I received two defective charging modules, both cheap Chinese clones. Their support was slow, responding only after I called. They demanded proof through photos, videos, and a video call, suggesting the fault was mine. In the end, they only offered a site coupon for one module. When I refused, they offered just ₹100 for ₹300 worth of items, excluding ₹70 shipping. Not worth the trouble.

They are fraud don't send the goods and tell us that the goods are returned due to no response from our side on phone call. And say that some amount will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.

The quality of the product is very bad and they sent 5-6 defective batteries, charging module, 2 burned 775 dc motor and 4 12v smart battery charger. Almost Every product recived was either blown or doesn't work.

they will send old stock and some of parts are unusable.
some of part were missing too.
useless customer care.

not going to order from them anymore.
