Terrible customer service
The customer service for this company is horrible. None of the representatives understand anything, and it's very frustrating. I was trying to get help logging into my account, and the representative made an inquiry for a loan, which I DID NOT ask for. Honestly, one of the worst experiences.

I would give they asses no star if possible. I filled the app out and less than 5 seconds it came back No!!, they didnt even run my checking account. Then to lie and say no credit chjeck. I am sick of Scammers ,damn now the Tribes are scamming, unbelievable. They charge people who borrow like the person is on drugs and have no choice, then to lie. bad combo bro!!
