The thing that hit most was customer service would not tell me the interest rate when I asked. When she told me the payments I gave birth on my living room floor. Now she did lower the payments where they were more manageable.

The application process was not overly complicated. I like being notified when payments are due. The terms of the loan fit my budget for repayment and the rewards are appreciated to bring down the total coast of the loan. Customer service was friendly and helpful to address technical difficulty.
