Today I called this company to see if I could get some help and to make sure that I even had a legitimate case. The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude.I started to explain my situation and after a few minutes he cut me off. He stated that the practice would not be able to work on anything for me and so I asked him why. Now he's getting a little bit more rude I was asking.Is there a problem with this?Is there not a legitimate case?All he would say was there's nothing we would do for you.Call somebody else look up to bar association. I asked if he could just explain to me you know.So that way I would know if this was a decision in the case or not.I got hung up on.
