I've had their product for over a week and have been applying their lotion to my numb foot everyday and applying it 3 times a day morning, noon, and at night before going to sleep. There has been no physical change of feeling in my foot what so ever. I've bought two jars or containers of this product and will continue to use it till its gone, and if it starts to work like they claimed in their advertising then I'll rewrite this review. But after a week and 3 times a day you would think this product would have kicked in by now which it hasn't. So far I'm very dissatisfied with this product, so you consumers please beware. I may even see if I can send my second container back for a refund, but not sure about the refund policy.

Don't waste your money on this product!!!! I did and I'm asking for a refund it did absolutely nothing for my neuropathy....it's like I never even put it on.

Terrible customer service. And the micellular water has a bad smell. AND I didn't even realize this was an immediate subscription so I ended up getting a second bottle that is huge and will most likely take me years to use.

I ordered on 11-2-25. Said it shipped 11-3-25. Paid 49.48 for the product. NEVER arrived and I can't track it. VERY UPSETTING!!!!.and you can't reach them..have used their "contact us" several times. no response.

Do not order from this company, when I first placed my order it said it declined my card. So I tried again and it declined again so I thought no big deal must not be ment to order this item. (I tried to order the 3pack) next thing I knew I received a notice from my bank my card had been approved for 2 orders (6 jars) I contacted the company via email, because they have no number to call. For an instant response that they could not refund at the time because order had already gone through but they have a 90 day no questions asked return and refund policy. Also would I like a deep discount for my next order. I received my order a very weeks later tried 1 jar of product. It did nothing so contacted company for return & refund of remaining product. All they do is offer a discount for future orders, send me the tracking info that it was delivered, and said they could not do a return or refund of remaining product because I used some of the order!!! Beware this company is a HUGE SCAM

I placed and order on July 11th and I still haven't received it or any email at all but they sure did take my money out of my account fast. They got me for $59.40 Beware. no email response at all

I just got my order from amazon today and I put it on my legs and feet, so help I feel so much better. thank you, im hoping it continues to work...thanks so much

This is the worst product I ever ordered!
It does absolutely nothing.
I ordered six bottles and wish I would’ve ordered only one so I didn’t have throw a bunch away. Terrible product. Do not waste your money!
