Appalling customer service! Item returned worn only to try on but won't refund as describe item as in 'unsellable' condition. Absolutely no damage, label on but trousers have picked up a couple of hairs from chair!

Brilliant service honestly wonderful customer service really prompt helpful and caring also wonderful baby products place a few orders with these guys thank you very much. Keep doing a great job. X

PLEASE HAVE A LOOK ON THEIR REVIEWS HERE AND ON GOOGLE to be aware…AND GIVE YOUR RATE ON JUDGE ME TOO not just here and google as they tend to “excuse” themself with “we use “judge m”e” well now we know !
Nice collection but customer service is at is lower when it comes to international buyer … no consideration, they overprice some women clothes, I asked to send it as a gift ( sometimes customs are cool and let it pass ). Impossible to send a gift from them they call it fraudulent ! Their answer “we can’t do that it’s fraudulent” - I didn’t ask to lie or implying anything fraudulent didn’t ask to lower the prices of anything and I’m not a first time customer. So yes shop around before buying from them, especially if you are outside England, you can found better prices, better services not that far. Now I’m waiting to get my refund as the package still at their store and they told me they will proceed - I’ll be back to give a following. I got my refund. And don’t forget to shop before buying from them.

I purchased a limited edition plush. The communication pre-order was excellent; the purchase easy and the delivery fast. Smooth transaction, serious e-commerce. I highly recommend it to everybody.

I had a great experience ordering from Mama Owl and will order again. Everything I ordered arrived quickly and was packaged well and in perfect condition upon arrival. There was even a little package of gummies inside that my boys enjoyed. The Siskin items I ordered are amazing quality, true to size, and I could never find anything like them here in the States. I love being able to find clothing for my boys that is beautifully made, age appropriate, and doesn’t have athletic equipment or dinosaurs on it.

Ordered a gift for my wife.
Order confirmed but a day later an email apology about system error and being out of stock. Seems other complaints have the same issue.
Told refund made but a week later still not received.
Not responding to my emails.

This is my 2nd order with this company. The products are very good. After my 1st order, one of the vests I ordered for my son had a ripped button after only one or two wears. After contacting customer service, a voucher was issued to me.
Both times the delivery was fast via royal mail. The orders included little goodies too, which gives the company a more "human" feel.

I have already ordered a lot here very often and mostly with a very high value of around €500-700. Unfortunately, I had holes in the wool item twice and defects in the fabric several times. Without exception, I always tried to find a solution that satisfied everyone after a friendly letter from the team. Last time, however, I was excluded from purchasing in the future and I find that incredibly disrespectful and unfriendly.In addition, more than half of the orders always have to be canceled because items, even though they are shown as available, are subsequently not available. Overall, the entire ordering process is complicated and lengthy, including exchanging emails. In case of a complaint is slow.

I have known MamaOwl since 2019 and have bought lots for myself, my mom, sister, brother, dad, grandmothers and nephews, and every single product from clothes to toys have been greatly appreciated and cherished. There’s nothing quite like MamaOwl x

Mamaowl is such a wholesome little shop, my experience with buying from them has always been wonderful. Everything from ordering to receiving the package is so easy and pleasant.

I’ve shopped with MamaOwl for the past five years, we’ve had items last through two kids and loaned to friends for their kids in between. The Siskin brand stuff is all super cosy. Can you start doing adult sizes now please!!?

I’m not sure what others here have done to contact customer services, but on the occasion when I did need to exchange an item for a different size, it was dealt with promptly without issue.

I have been shopping with Mama Owl for over five years now and have never thought to leave a review, but I am because they sell such beautiful, ethical clothes which I have passed down through my four children. The wool jumpers in particular are a staple of their wardobe and have lasted through all sorts or play and adventures. I love te fact that when I shop I know I am buying things that are thoughtfully made, environmentally safe and/or sustainable.
As to communication, Mama Owl have always been very quick to reply, eager to help and friendly.
Not sure if some of the reviews on here are one begrudging, angry person, because everyone I know who buys from this shop are impressed with the quality and the service.

I order at Mamaowl since quite some years now. I love their webshop and product selection. Contact with customer service is also great. Their own brand Siskin offers beautiful products which never dissapoint.

I have been buying from Mama Owl for 10 years - it’s honestly one of my favourite children’s stores, I love the brand’s selection and own brand items are such good quality. Always super fast dispatch and sustainably wrapped.

Very disappointed with this company. Sent me a faulty item and tried telling me it was my fault and I washed it wrongly. How can I wash it wrongly when I just received the item and immediately contacted them. Has to go through my bank just to get a refund. They pick and choose who's order they will prioritise. If you have a good instagram presence and your photos align with their gram, then you'll receive VIP treatment otherwise you'll just be treated like a nuisance if you bring up an issue even for a refund. Their social
media team as well as customer service are both appalling and selective of who to pamper and who to look down which made me think it's an organisational trait.Be wary of good reviews as they are just begging on their socials for good reviews. I never write reviews but people needs to know of this company

Purchases .. and the high standard of goods | clothes available.
On the one occasion that an item arrived broken, a replacement was soon sent out.
My only complaint would be that when popular brands such as Apolina are launched.. more items are needed to please more customers.

One of my absolute favorite stores. I love the quality of the wool clothing and have never been disappointed. The basics from Siskin have been with us for several years and there are always beautiful and unusual garments. Shipping always goes smoothly. I can thoroughly recommend the store and am already looking forward to my next order. Thank you very much!
