I don't like dishonest people. They had a 10% discount clause in the contract for a extra work but they refused to apply it. I strongly do NOT recommend them . Let alone they are overproduction and claim it's the premium of quality which is doubtful for a simple reason: they diagnosed faculty PCB on an AC unit while it turned to be the compressor. So good luck if you hire them.

For some reason I decided to trust them even reading the bad reviews, now I understand why.

Nobody ever show up, no customer service answer me, I've been waiting for weeks now to at least get my refund.

Avoid them at all costs!!

Used Man and Van app for a delivery, but had a really poor experience with David. He quoted a price, I booked and paid, then he contacted me asking for more money as he'd underpriced it. Fair enough, mistakes happen, but it put me in a tricky spot.

When I asked him to cancel, he did but said 'no response from customer' which isn't true. Got reassigned to another driver who also can't do it for the original price. Bit frustrating, would've appreciated more transparency from the start.

To add to it, I'm now in limbo as I've cancelled the job and am waiting for Man and Van to check if I qualify for a refund under their terms and conditions, so I can't even book another service elsewhere. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

I booked a moving service through the Man and Van app, but the drivers acted in bad faith — when they arrived, they refused to take the items unless I paid £250, even though the job had already been quoted based on the photos and messages. They then left without doing anything, and I had to spend over £85 on Zipcar to move everything myself. I have a 2-year-old daughter and I’m currently not working, so I really can’t afford to lose this money.

They lie on the app. that as long as a minimum notice period of 24 hours is given prior to the date of a booking a refund “is guaranteed.” This is a lie. They refused when I gave 10 days advance notice that I had to change my plans. No reason given and no communication. I have deleted the app. and will never use them again.👎

Just wanted a quote and I’m being HOUNDED with non stop text messages with no way of stopping them. You don’t need to text someone 20 times in half a day.

I booked a van to move a double bed and mattress. It was to go to the local recycling centre, whose address I gave. I paid £70. When the guy arrived he said he wasnt allowed to take it. His unfriendly and rude office said no way were they allowed or licensed to take "rubbish to the tip", they are a removal service only and they would not refund me a penny. Their website does not make this clear. Links in their email to their "Charter" and " Refunds" are broken. Rip off. Beware.

Never use this people as when I moved, they asked payment in advance and sent third party men and never answer calls after they get the money of you! So the throes party men asked for more money on top of what I already paid as the list they emailed you are all wrong and incomplete. Like for example, I said I have 2 seater couch and a 1 seater with foot rest. So on the list it's 3 seater couch. So the third party men said, they will only move what is on the list but if you pay more then they will move my stuff. Was seriously let down by this people.

They were 2 and a half hours late , slow moving things in the van and out of the van slowly , got stuck in traffic as they were late were charged for that as it was rush hour traffic , then they sat in the van for 5 mins whilst still being charged and they took there time moving things from the van into the property we even offered to help , customer service is shocking very patronising , would not recommend

Never use this company!

We booked them for our home move, and they just didn't turn up! they left us high & dry! Also it turns out they are expensive compared to competitors.

i would highly recommend Transport Masters - they sorted our problem out & were half the price of this dodgy firm.
