Ware (Jacke) wurde nach 8 Monaten geliefert. Zuvor Hinhaltetaktik, mit immer neuen Ausreden, was noch verbessert wird. Als die Jacke kam, war sie viel zu klein und von minderer Qualität. Es erfolgte nach Rücksprache eine Rücksendung auf meine Kosten. Folgend nur noch hingehalten und keine Rückerstattung. Inzwischen auch keine Reaktion mehr auf E-Mails. Betrugsverdacht! Leider hilft der Paypal Käuferschutz auch nicht, da Rückerstattung nur nach Meldung innerhalb von 180 Tagen nach Zahlung. Ohne Worte.

Trust me, to most younger people that are influenced by their flashy tiktoks, Manaslu is nothing more than dropshiped garbage with a logo on it, they are influencing way too much. It should be illegal to sell rubbish from alibaba thats labelled as premium products, if anyone reads this please buy gear from well known brands and dont spend 450 quid on a cheap hardshell

If you do enough research you will realise that all of their "self designed" productswere NOT designed, or even manufactured by them, they just buy everything from alibaba (low quality) and resell for 10x the price, SCAM, i myself bought some stuff and it was TERRIBLE

Do NOT buy from this company! Awful quality I didn’t believe the info I saw, just a dropshipping company, shell tore after 1 day of use!

Bought a beanie from them last year (and a bad quality beanie as well). Got hit with import tax it arrived, which made the product go from 42 euro to 59 euro. On their website it says that tax was included next to the price of the beanie. Sent them an e-mail about getting hit with import tax, and this was the start of their e-mail:

Beanie was bad quality. Recommend everyone to stay away from this dropshipper company. Not an serious actor in the outdoor clothing sphere, or in general.

Problems with ordering, their products found on alibaba, and most of their advertisements are generated with AI? Sad to see that these boys decided to profit of young people within a sport where safety is really important. Also they are claiming that they designed it in Germany, but how? They neither have the experience or the resources to design products like this themselves, and they're not even manufacturing their clothing themselves either... How can they justify these false claims? One single time I saw a design for ice axe on their instagram page, but it was just an AI-generated image with fake measurements and no readable text? There are other trusted brands out there, ran by people with experience, who even sell their items at a lower price; so why would anyone buy from this company and take the risk of your product not even arriving?

Absolutely scam, the product i ordered (summitshell) never arrived, which i ordered in january 24th of this year, and all correspondence sounds like they used ai to write it, if they respond at all (they've ignored my requests for refund or cancellation of order)

I ordered a SummitShell and really hoped that it would arrive in time. But because it was a pre-sale (and the only they ever did, I believe), I was not so disappointed. When I asked them, they emailed me back straight away and promised me to include a free RECCO chip and some free socks, which held up. I’m more than happy about the jacket now and that I can wear it to all the Summits which are coming. Only disappointing fact, were the delays, but that’s it. I’m looking forward to more of them.

We ordered a jacket from Manaslu for our son's Christmas present in December 2025 knowing it wouldn't arrive until after the new year. It was so expensive, so it was the ONLY present he got from us as we dont have a lot of money and have to save all year for Christmas presents for our children. It is now July, 2026 and haven't received our purchase. After us reaching out several months ago, we were told that production was finally complete! Great! We can finally give our son his long awaited present! No! It still hasent arrived. This company is a scam! DO NOT order from them! Find a reputable mounterneering gear company, Manaslu is not it! If I could rate it 0 stars, I would.

Auf keinen Fall dort bestellen. Es wird nicht auf E-Mails etc. geantwortet. Ware kam nie an. Geld wird auch nicht erstattet. Denke es handelt sich um Betrug.
