Never received it’s been almost 2 months and it was a birthday gift to myself, why are they allowed to have ads on Facebook for this ?
Now it’s saying the website is down I’m going to report it many times
I ordered their SplitFix trimmer back on Nov 30. The product shipped from China via YanWen and was supposed to be handed off to the US Postal Service once it got to the USA, but then on Dec 11th, the YanWen tracking info showed that the package was being returned to the shipper instead vice continuing to the USA. I contacted them about it on Dec 11th and again on the 17th, but all they would do was give me the runaround with their default "I have now raised it to the relevant team" response. When I repreatedly requested cancellation on Dec 20th, 21st, and 23rd, I got the same thing, and they kept claiming it was on its way to me, even though the tracking info clearly showed otherwise. Over a month later, they are providing me with the same tracking info claiming I will receive it shortly, even though they still have possession of it and I've asked three times to have the order cancelled. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get a refund.
They sent us a product with a USA plug despite our order being for an EU plug.
They refuse to acknowledge their error claiming
"the item has been delivered accurately”.
We ordered two items. Both are unbranded, generic products, sent directly from China to customers in EU and USA. The process took weeks.
Unimpressed.
Scam. It's been over three months and I have not received my package. Every time I reach out they continue to say it is re-shipped. Then they finally said it was delivered to the wrong address and can't do anything about it. So I never received it and never will do not buy here. I should've read these reviews sooner.
Never received item for over a month, sent another and said out for delivery and it still the same thing never showed up they don’t answer any emails now trying to do damage control saying weather lost everyone’s packages. There was no weather issues anywhere where I live or where it was coming from! They don’t even allow refunds, Total scam. Report them and talk to your bank
3+ weeks waiting for delivery to arrive queried it with support. was told another will be shipped and it will take 6-8 days. 10 days later, nothing.
No tracking number given and emails to support ignored. Quite sure it's a scam. $70 for a hair oil and split end trimmer that I'll probably never see. I'd stay away
