Brilliant customer service, there was a stocking issue with an item ordered online. This was quickly dealt with via email to arrange an alternative replacement item, no dramas no issues from the team, order was still sent out for a quick delivery and received on time.

Reliable online store and quick refund, they processed it within 4 days of receiving my return. They also had excellent communication by email, as the MangoSurfing team let me know that one item from my order was out of stock, so they processed a refund straight away. Lars was the most helpful and thoughtful person I've ever encountered while buying online. When what I wanted wasn't available he immediately 5 or so minutes after my order came through, called me to offer a refund or different option. After I came to a decision he was there on the end of the line right up until the board was delivered exactly a day later might I add!

I ordered a wetsuit (in the sale) on Monday afternoon and it arrived by Tuesday lunchtime. I’ve never worn a wetsuit (I’m paddle boarding at the weekend) but ordered based on the online description and sizing detail and I have to say I’m super pleased with it. The price was less than anywhere else and the delivery even came with a lovely handwritten note and discount code for future purchases. I wish all online shopping was like Mango Surfing!

The courier Dx that mango use are absolutely shocking! 4 times they have “tried to deliver” at 3 different addresses, we’ve waited in all day for them and nothing. Apparently they have tried to deliver and carded the door but no card and even have cctv footage at the properties but no one has turned up. No option to pick up at their centre. Dx doesn’t carter for working people, don’t deliver on weekends, except you to sit in all day in the week and even when you do they don’t turn up. Ive waited over a week for the delivery and I’m still waiting. Mangos website and prices are great but change the courier service please.
