Bought the starter kit (passion fruit flavour) with passion fruit bubble tea balls and rainbow jelly! It taste so good! Made two drinks and still got a lot of stuff left over for when I want to make more! Great stuff thank you!

I ordered online from Manhua Cha quite a few items because I discovered the shop and am a big bubble tea fan but have no places near me that do it! I shortly after got an email from the owner himself who thanked and said please get into contact for anything which I thought was lovely and made me feel valued as a customer. My items then arrived and one of the powders containers had been damaged in transit and a lot of the powder was lost and had made a mess in the box. I contacted the designated spot on the website asking for a replacement and if it would help I would purchase along side something else but I had pictures - very quickly got a response just checking the pictures and was told almost straight away I would be getting a full replacement sent today and an apology. Truly amazing customer service and I will be ordering here for a long time!

This is my second review because this place is just amazing. I’ve tried out many places that sell bubble tea and these guys are by far the best and their customer service is amazing! I love their range of flavours and for £10, it’s definitely worth the money. I don’t think I will ever stop buying from this place and if I could give more than 5 stars I 100% would.

Ordered yesterday and it came today. Very well packed and the quality of the taste was just great.

If you're considering buying.. go for it! Excellent value for money products. Everything is really well packed and you can tell some thought and love has gone into the packaging. Products were shipped with UPS which in my experience is the best courier along with DPD. My children are going to be thrilled!! Highly recommended the mystery boxes, they are packed full of goodies. I definitely got my moneys worth. Will be buying more.. Great for Manhua Cha, awful news for my bank balance 🤣

11/10 all the way! Absolutely delicious milk teas, perfect portion sizes and so many flavours to choose from! I’ve ordered 4 times now (3 the 12 drink kit) and I’ll continue to do so. After requesting that an extra toppings section be added to the 12 drink kit it was done within the day so 5/5 for communication

Quick delivery, package was received in 3 working days. I've only tried one bubble tea so far but it was lovely. Tea kit were well packed with clear instructions and the reusable cups are a great idea. Wouldn't hesitate to order again, thank you so much.

Ordered a selection of bubble tea and a few were damaged on delivery (due to courier)but they were absolutely amazing and quick at sorting it out and sending replacements. Customer service is top notch! Quick replies to emails and messages,so.... I've ordered more stuff 😊. I'm really happy with this business 10/10 😊. And my kids are so happy they have found a shop that you can order online with. So all round happy family 😊

The fresh products from the shop and the make at home bubble tea products have both been amazing. It's my favourite place to get bubble tea from. Such a great little family business. The instructions provided to make the products are really clear and I especially love the thank you emails after online orders, so sweet ❤️
