I had a disappointing experience working with company Mani Media. I worked with the company for around one and a half months, during which I was told that payment would be made at the end of the month.

When the payment date arrived, I was informed there were technical issues and that payment would be processed soon. Based on this, I continued working in good faith. However, the delays continued for over two weeks without any payment being received.

Due to the ongoing delay, I decided to pause my work until the pending payment was cleared. After this, I was unable to get any further response from the company.

During my time working with them, I completed my responsibilities and generated leads as expected, but I did not receive any payment for my work.

I would recommend that others clarify payment terms and ensure proper agreements are in place before starting work with this company. This was my personal experience.

They built a great design for my brand website. The way they clear requirements and work on it, is professional. Also suggested some tweaks for SEO and it helped in ranking and conversion both. I will use them again for sure.

They promised our small company a brand new and improved website with a functioning integrated online menu.

Not only did it take them like 8 months of a long dreadful slow project, It was one delay after another. And it would take them 5-10days to get back to me, we would have these "huge" important zoom call meetings to solve problem A then we would get on the call for 5mins, and I'd be stuck in limbo for another 5-10days to solve problem B. It was literally one thing after another.

They promised a successful website with menu integration and guaranteed our online orders would double. And ever since they got ahold of our website/credentials. Our online ordering has been DOWN / Non accessible for over 30days. So now we have ZERO! And they are refusing to fix our website nor give us a refund.

They never completed the online menu integration because they ripped off our current POS Company and Mani Media refused to pay their partner fees. Resulting in our website being completely non-functional.

Tyler Collins & Tom McKinsey CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTIST. They also attempted to use our private credentials on another clients website, giving their clients our user/password information. They shared our sensitive information.

You will spend most of your time chasing these people down. They try to appease you by setting meetings but then they don't attend. You email them, no reply. It's been nothing short of a nightmare that cost us several thousand dollars. They pawn you off to the next person over and over. Meanwhile nothing ever gets accomplished. Nick Harper promised us a refund and said he'd feel the exact same way we do. That he understood where we were coming from and knows they dropped the ball when it came to our account. When we attempted to collect our money back.... they refused. They took our money that we immediately paid them, and they did nothing. Nick Harper, Tom Mckinsey, Olivia Wilson and Hannah Brown....We worked with them for 10 months, paid $4K and have absolutely nothing to show for it but frustration.

Everything started out ok but after the final payment it became hard to get ahold of anyone to get an update. I kept getting emails to setup appointments, the appointment time would either not be confirmed or would come and go. It took over a month to get the website "done: and when it was done it was incomplete. After going back an forth with a new contact person, again I could not get a hold of anyone. I am now requesting a refund based breach of contract because I have not received a complete, functioning website and I cannot get a response from anyone. They came to us to offer a service and did not deliver on that service.
