I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I placed an order for multiple items, and since then, I have struggled to get any information about my shipment or the courier details.
Despite sending numerous messages and making several phone calls, I have not received a single callback or a proper update about my order. The level of customer service has been extremely poor.
The contact number provided is either unresponsive or simply does not work properly, making it almost impossible to reach anyone for assistance. A staff member named Beha responded once, but she never called back as promised or provided any clear or helpful information regarding my order.
If your contact number has changed, please update it and provide customers with a working number. Reliable communication is the minimum customers should expect after placing an order.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Customers deserve timely updates, responsive communication, and dependable customer service. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store until they significantly improve their customer service, communication, and order fulfillment process.

Very disappointed in the management of orders and shipping. No contact and no proper communication on delay of products or any shipping information. I was waiting for what I ordered months ago to wear to a function and now it is completely useless to me as many events have since passed. Over all a very horrible experience shopping with house of Mannath and would never recommend ordering with this company.

So I ordered 5 suits from them for Eid on 29th April and I got only 4 suits delivered on 30th May. They are also not replying to my messages about the one missing. They have very bad customer service. Avoid buying from them.

Mannat usa is a scam! I haven’t received any receipts or updates for the order I paid for a month ago. They take forever to respond to texts or messages. I don’t even know if they will ship my order. Horrible horrible experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This brand Mannat Clothing is unprofessional and straight up fraud. I haven't received my order that I placed a month ago yet and they are not responding to my texts. Unprofessionalism at it's peak. Do not waste your hard earned money on these frauds

I am writing to express significant dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchase and the subsequent lack of response from your customer support channels. On 4/22/26 placed an order for red suit. I recd order after 30 days instead of 15-20 days
Upon receiving the item, I found that it regrettably did not match the specifications and descriptive details provided on your website at the time of purchase.

Following the discovery of this issue, I I sent a detailed email outlining the problem and requesting a refund and followed up with a WhatsApp. Despite these efforts across various communication platforms, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or substantive response from your team.

Given the significant deviation of the product from its description and the complete unresponsiveness of your support channels, I am formally requesting a full refund for my purchase. I would appreciate immediate guidance on the process for returning the item. Please respond to discuss how this can be promptly resolved.

I ordered a raw silk suit. Did not look like the image at all, quality was not worth what I had paid and embroidery was all messed up, threads hanging and measurements all off. I tried contacting them about refunds, but they never got back to me. As well as this, communication is extremely POOR, no shipping or delivery updates. Chat is not helpful and the company does not get back to you for several days. No way of requesting a refund, basically scammed me. FRAUD

Ordered an outfit that was supposed to be raw silk. I own raw silk. The item I received is synthetic, WORSE THAN TEMU/SHEIN quality polyester. Now I see there's no returns. I doubt I'll hear back from them. Fraudulent.

This was my first experience with them, and I have never experienced anything like this before with any other pakistani brand. My shipment was late they sent me wrong size and also cancelled one of the dress. Today is March 27 2026 still waiting for someone to address both issues. I have reached out to them multiple times through chat , email and whatsapp. They kept asking for proof which I have sent multiple times, it seems the person on the other side is looking to ignore the fact that if there's any issue.
I am highly disappointed in their customer service and hoping to get my money back for cancelled item as well the wrong size that was shipped.

I don't know what happened with other people I have ordered clothes with them and they are good quality and ship clothes on time and they have good costumer service

I ordered from this company over a month ago and still have not received my shipment. The tracking information shows that the package has not moved, and after contacting UPS directly, they confirmed that the shipment had not been received by them.
Despite this, my request to cancel the order was denied.. even though the item has never been received. I’ve been left waiting with no resolution, no product, and no accountability.
This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, especially considering the lack of customer support and unwillingness to resolve a clear issue. I trusted this company with my money and was met with poor service and disregard once a problem arose.
I will be sharing my experience across my social media platforms with over 5,000 followers so other Pakistanis can make an informed decision before ordering. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing from this company!!!

🚫 Do Not Fall for Their Website – Mannat USA is a Scam!

I had a very disappointing experience with Mannat USA. I ordered two sets of kurthas one came with stains, a bad smell, and looked already worn multiple time and altered. When I reported it, they told me to return it for an exchange, but I had to pay the return cost myself. The exchanged set they sent also didn’t look brand new. Very fishy brand.

Their delivery takes forever, and the quality is extremely poor absolutely not worth the money. They make their website look attractive to mislead customers, but it’s all fake. They even ship worn clothes.

One of my kurthas was somewhat okay, but still not worth the price. Overall, this was a very disappointing and untrustworthy experience. Please do not buy from them save your money and time.

Pathetic customer service before and aftersales as well. I ordered a suit from them and it was a defected piece; had stains all over the shirt. It looked like someone has worn it and then returned it. They never replied to my messages, not on phone, not on whatsapp, not on instagram. I wanted an exchange not even return.

Scammers , Based in Pakistan , order couple of suits from them ,very poor quality, they don't refund your money if the item is not in stock, will make sure to take action against these scammers

They were taking forever to ship, so I reached out to find that 2 of the dresses I wanted were unavailable because they were out of fabric due to the season. Then why are you selling it- take it off the site?! They offered to exchange, but I asked for a refund on those, and to ship the other one.
Well it came, 2 MONTHS LATER even though they said it would ship in 1-2 weeks. On top of that, the fabric quality seems to be cheap polyester and the top runs way too big. I also got the refund on the others, but customer service was horrible throughout this process. They would often ignore me and it was like pulling teeth to get them to give me my refund!!!
They need to rethink their business strategy because if they continue like this they’re gonna have a lot of unhappy customers!!

I ordered a 3 piece suit which costed around 10k. They told me it had been delivered but it didn't. They kept saying they're looking into this problem when they actually weren't. Later then they sent a fake signature and a fake nic that was so called the signature and nic of the person who received it. I later then tried to TRACK THEIR NIC and it turned out to be fake. They still haven't given me a refund. Now I don't have my eid dress or my money. Allah will surely punish them for doing this with everyone. NOTE: ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. PLEASE SPREAD THIS ALL OVER THE INTERNET AS WE ARE TOO.

Poor customer service, poor quality of clothing, and inaccurate description on the website. I ordered an outfit and the dupatta was totally different from what was depicted on the website. Repeatedly reached out to customer service and they've done nothing. Said they'll look into it and never got back to me. I will NOT be ordering from here again and I don't think you should either.
