Little awkward at first to use. Once used to it is fantastic

Has really helped my guitar rhythm playing, now I can concentrate on song lyrics instead of trying to hear metronome clicks or light flashes. Took a while to get used to pulse on wrist but now I use it every practice. A very practical and comfortable music aid.

Does what is says but quality could be improved. I had to take the initial purchase back as the buckle was broken.
