Maple Prime SCAMMED me
Maple Prime SCAMMED me. I ordered a Afnan Supremacy in Heaven cologne. Box arrived mangled but still unopened. Shipping was delayed and misrouted by UPS. Item came also from Amazon which was suspicious of Maple Prime. Once opening package item inside was not AT ALL what I ordered. I was sent “Dedcool Room and Linen Spray”. Beware of scam, I need my money back. Why was my order from Maple Prime sent by Amazon, why was the item wrong, horrible shipping quality. Overall bad experience. I want a refund or my item I actually paid for.
Update 08/25/26: After already contacting support it has been 5 MORE days and they still have yet to resolve this issue of the wrong item being sent to me. I message support every day but always get told it’s being processed and will ship soon. So your reply of trying to resolve my issue is also a SCAM!!!!!! Even after contacting your team still no resolution or tracking information for my correct order. Nothing but unfulfilled promises.

Wrong Product x 2- Shipping Takes Forever
I ordered 2 Eau de Parfums- the order sat waiting for two weeks for a label to be created (to ship). When I sent an email to cancel- magically a label was created and it was shipped within 24hrs. I received the shipment- and found that they were both the the wrong product- the Eau de Toilet version. Not sure why this place has such a high rating- they couldn't ship within a reasonable amount of time nor send the right product (or follow a simple request to cancel). Getting these two things right is business 101. Order at your own risk. I'm assuming I'm stuck with 2 bottles of something I didn't order considering the lack of service thus far.
The funny part is, as you see below- they asked me to reach out for help. I did, multiple times. Unless I used an incorrect support email from their site- I can't help but think it's for show. We'll see if they reply to the email I sent 5 days ago (4 days before their reply below).

I ordered Devotion For Men by Dulce and Gabbana from their website for about 1/4th of the normal price. It arrived within about four days of me ordering it, and it’s the actual product! I’m normally very wary of online shopping, but they did an excellent job.

Had issues with delivery but …
I was having an issue with the delivery of one of my favorite perfumes that has been discontinued. After communicating with Maple Prime customer support for 3 days they provided tracking number and suggestions that allowed me to realize that it was the USPS here in my county that due to a new mail carrier and their lack of experience in my neighborhood had returned the package twice and were returning my package to the sender. When I went to my post office to update them on what going on I received my package later that afternoon. My perfume was well packaged and brand new and I am delighted. I will definitely be ordering from Maple Prime again and again. Can’t beat their prices.
