The returns process has been incredibly slow,painful and frustrating. Think twice if you are unsure and might want to return. It is extremely difficult to get hold of anyone at Maravic through any of their channels, and after 2 months from initial purchase, I am still waiting for a refund

Their cut is poor and materials and finishes not very good. Immediately upon receiving my order I requested a return. They approved the return but never sent me the shipping details. Their customer service phone doesn’t work (it says that the voicemail is full). I have written a number of emails requesting return instructions to which I never received a reply so was forced to keep their bad product.

Siento mucho , pero he sido estafada, pensé que era la única víctima y entre a su instagram y hay más 20 víctimas , el miso patrón ,compraron nunca les llegó , otras compramos y nunca pudimos devolver otras devolvieron pero nunca recibieron el refund . Lease mails nunca contestaron , y me acaban de bloquear. Por favor tener cuidado

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Maravic (Order #28892).

I ordered a jumpsuit in my usual size, but when it arrived it was way too big—completely off in terms of sizing. After receiving it, I tried to contact their customer service via email to check whether it would be worth exchanging for one or two sizes smaller, but never received a response.

I decided to return the item and sent it back on 11 April using their GLS prepaid label. Since then, I’ve had zero updates—no confirmation of receipt, no refund, nothing.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email, phone, and their website chat, and haven’t received a single reply.

At this point, I feel left in the dark and quite let down by both their sizing accuracy and customer support. I would not recommend based on this experience.
