I recently preordered some Pokémon products from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care. They kept me updated every step of the way — from confirming my order to notifying me about shipping and release updates.
Customer service was top-notch — super friendly, quick to respond, and always willing to help with any questions I had. The packaging was excellent too — everything arrived safely and in perfect condition.

Great customer service
When an incorrect order was sent out to me by mistake, MarbellTCG were very quick at rectifying this and issuing a refund for the inconvenience. The products ordered were of high quality and very well packaged. Highly recommended for the high level of customer service and support provided.

Incredible experience of customer service. Wrong product was sent (wrong version of a blister pack). Rather than have me return it, they just sent me the other one!

The best place to get Pokémon cards
If I could give these guys 6 out of 5 stars, I would.
Absolutely brilliant. I purchased Pokémon cards from them which were reasonably priced, great condition and their customer service is top notch, really refreshing to see.
I had a query and not only were they understanding but very approachable and quick to help however they can.
I would definitely recommend these guys for anything tcg related, they have a customer for life!

My order didnt come on time after I paid for express delivery, this was completely put of the company's hands though and the customer service i received was incredible! I got a full refund and was able to keep the items once they arrived

Great customer service. I was short 1 booster box, when I received my order. Quickly, I emailed them regarding my issue, they quickly investigated it and resolved my issue the next working day, they even included extra booster packs. Thank you!
