So far my attorney with Marble has done what I tried to get four other attorneys to do for me without any problems. They understand what the situation is and they are taking care of it.

A Horrible First Experience
Unfortunately, my first experience with Marble Law was extremely disappointing and left me questioning whether I would feel valued as a client.
After submitting my information online, I was contacted the following day by an AI representative. What should have been a simple intake process quickly became frustrating. The AI could not understand the name of the county where I reside. I repeated myself three separate times, speaking slowly, clearly, and deliberately, yet each time it recorded the information incorrectly.
I finally requested to speak with a real person and was placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes. Strangely, while I was still on hold, I received two additional missed calls from the same AI system.
When I eventually spoke with a live representative, a young man introduced himself, and I explained what had happened. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the AI intake process and suggested that prospective clients should at least be given the option of speaking with an AI system or a real person from the beginning.
Instead of acknowledging my frustration or showing any real concern about my experience, he seemed to dismiss my complaint. His response was essentially to justify the process by pointing out that Marble is one of the largest law firms in the country. While the size of a law firm may be impressive to some, I was looking for personal attention, compassion, and confidence that someone would actually listen to my concerns.
What troubled me most was what happened next. Rather than attempting to address my concerns or reassure me, his response was simply, “Do you just want me to close your file?”
As a veteran reaching out to a law firm during a difficult and stressful time in my life, I wasn't looking to be treated like another number. I was looking for someone willing to listen, understand my situation, and make me feel that my concerns mattered.
Instead, the entire experience felt impersonal and transactional—as though the priority was moving me through an assembly line rather than helping an individual who had reached out for assistance.
Being one of the largest law firms in the country means very little to me if that size comes at the expense of personal attention and basic compassion. Unfortunately, my first impression left me feeling less like a prospective client and more like just another cog in the wheel.

The attorney was great! AI is horrible

Adam was very efficient and helpful. He took the time to help me through the process.

They gave me a lawyer and immediately the lawyer didn’t want my case. She then passed me to a different lawyer. The same day I canceled with marble law. We only had a 5 minute “kick start conversation” if you would call it that because all she said to me is that she couldn’t take my case. I’m still getting charge $4,000 for no work. Their application is also hard to use

Where to start…they sub out attorneys who may, or may not, be good. Mine was absolutely terrible. But Marble gets a cut so it’s fine for them. The fees seem ok until you see what you get. Trash. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely terrible, was no help with anything. Paid these guys thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it. Do not use this firm and good luck getting your money back. They will jerk you around like no other. I'd leave zero star review if I could

I am in the beginning stages of my divorce case, but everything has been smooth to this point. Hoping it continues to do so.

Marble has been amazing to me! From the financing to service to updates. I honestly should have done this sooner. Highly recommend.

First and foremost I paid 2500 in February of this year , They told me a hearing would be included and yet trying to say a 10 min case status update finished that in which i feel like they should finish the case not only that but i had to go through multiple attorneys before anything got done

Do not waste your time!!!! I hired an attorney charged me $4,800 , and no one showed up for any of the calls that were scheduled!!! and now I’m having a problem getting a refund.!!!! Scam!!!!!!!!
