Having chatted with Peter after his disappointment, we arranged to replace his order when he places a wholesale order with us by deducting it from his bill. King oysters vary hugely in size, and one mushroom can weigh anything from 10 to 500 grams! The big King oyster we sent him weighed just shy of the 200g which he ordered. =resolved! Oh Maria, I'm so sorry - it shouldn't have been at all brown, and could indicate it got damaged in transit. Will you allow me to send you a replacement out? It usually arrives in good fresh condition, as we always send it out very fresh, and it should be creamy-white in colour, not brown. Let me know how you'd like to proceed. Bests, Amy
A great, wholesome company
Excellent communication with Marches Mushrooms during the ordering process. Swift delivery. The Lions Mane Powder is excellent quality. The best I could find on the net (100% flowering body) The effects are fantastic. I'm really feeling it's benefit with my focus and energy levels.
