Rapid delivery and good comms about delivery dates. Awesome quality t shirt and the frame badges are brilliant, really set off my Muirwoods
These rubber grommets are poor quality. Unlike the very rubbery grommet that fits tightly in the chain stay to snuggly hold the cable there, these appear to be made of plastic rather than rubber, and... Toon meer

I purchased a replacement rim.
I purchased a replacement rim for my San Quentin 3. Rim arrived ahead of schedule, but did not include rim tape, which would have been a good addition. Now I have to purchase it separately.

A mountain bikers gravel bike
A mountain bikers gravel bike. Super responsive playful all surface bike. I’m impressed by the dampening of the carbon fork. The 1 by 12 drive train has a gear for everything. Plenty of mount points for bottles and bike packing bags. Assembly was a breeze.

Upsizing wheels on my son’s bike
I asked if I could get the 26” wheels for my son’s bike. At the time I was told that I’d have to go through a local dealer. When I checked back this spring they were available on the site. Thank you Marin!

Was not really sure about ordering…
Was not really sure about ordering online, however it did go smoothly.
Not really happy about having to go to a bike shop so far from home to pick up. Local bike shops could not be chosen to have it shipped to.
As in most cases, some components needed to be removed and upgraded.

From buying a new Marin…
From buying a new Marin full suspension bike through a dealership to buying accessories online at Marin everything I like about the brand and the products are great. I had been wanting to replace my old full suspension bike with a new one and after comparing top brands I decided that Marin was my favorite. Then I saw Matt Jones jump his house on one and was sold. 😂😁
