I had a couple of issues with the delivery of my paddleboard but I rang and got both sorted immediately. DHL lost my delivery but when I rang Nora got me a new one out immediately and it arrived the very next morning. Fantastic customer service.

Everything was delivered in a timely fashion, including the items, which were not in stock to begin with.
