I attend the clinic once a year & sometimes have a telephone appointment as I don’t reside in London. My doctor is excellent, listens to me & offers constructive advice regarding my life and circumstances. I say thank you but I thought I would use this opportunity to let her know I REALLY appreciate her.

Very customised service which nhs do not do as they have a one size fit all policy. Hormones don’t work that way and tHey are like fingerprints but change all the time so it’s important- anyone who knows the slightest about biology should know this. I’m grateful for this clinic and that I can afford it. But many people can’t and I think more should be done for those people. My gp is very dismissive of this service which I think is awful! Too much of this! We PT in our taxes and we get lousy service from GPS. The general public need to be aware of how hormones can not only effect quality of life but also life sustaining!! People wake up and learn about all this entails including supplements. Until I went to MG clinic I had no idea how many hormones there are that can influence dementia and aging! Stand up for your right to be heard by your GP!!!

Professional, compassionate service!

I saw DrMcQuade. She was empathetic and personable. I left feeling reassured that I was receiving excellent treatment and would be happy to return to see her again. On my last two visits (some time ago now I have felt rather unwelcome - on one occasion I saw a male doctor and this was not a good experience.
